INTRODUCTION
Skills are known as the capability of a person which supports them to function a particular
activity in accordance to attain more appropriate outcomes. This is the understanding as well as
knowledge which provide assistance to the people in order to perform their functions with more
effectiveness as well as efficiency. There are several capabilities and skills it supports the people
in order to accomplish their long term objectives and goals which can help them and their
personal as well as professional growth (Albrecht, 2021). The following report will cover about
the skills which are formed at the time of the project and also how such capabilities and skills are
utilised in the future work in order to accomplish the goals and objectives. Together with that
gap in skills as well as action plan will also be included in accordance to improve the capabilities
which are described in the report.
TASK 1
I have performed in several numbers of the team in the company with the aim of solving the
issues of the consumers which supports the organization in order to accomplish their task in the
effective way and it leads the operations of business in the suitable way. They supported me in
gaining better option to communicate with others and solve their issues and also increase the
capability of my learning which supports me to work more effectively for my future operations
in the suitable way.
Which skills that you developed and enhanced during the project?
At the time of conducting the project in my team I have adopted and learned several set of skills
as well as capabilities and also the competencies which supports me in performing my specific
work in the effective and efficient way the LSST is an institute located at United Kingdom. The
company wants to expand their business in new market but do not able to select the particular
target market and Fairfield is the competition for LSST. As group efforts towards the
accomplishment of the work is known as the collaboration of several individuals that are
performing together in order to achieve the mutual objective and goals before the given deadline.
Every member of the team are possessed with several expertise in various areas which offered
the people in the team in accordance to adopt and learn several elements which caters many
opportunities for the career success of the people (Bavathaarani, and Deepa, 2021 ). There are

several set of skills which are developed at the time of conducting the project are described
below in brief.
Team work: In this every member in the team come together with the aim of solving the
problem of the consumer which supported me too grab the scale of performing in the team as a
team member. Additionally I have also collaborated with the many members of the team at the
time of evaluating the problems of the consumers. And because of this I have led the team and
offered suitable guidance and direction to other people of my team so that those people can
perform the task and their functions in accordance to offer more appropriate experience to the
consumers and solve their every issue which are faced by them (Ferguson, 2021).
Communication skill: In addition to it I have also adopted the skills of communication at the
time of conducting this project of solving the problems of the clients. As at the time of project
several conferences, meeting and other several gatherings which are conducted by the
organization in order to a lot the responsibilities as well as roles of the all members of the team
which has the very crucial part in increasing the skill of communication as well as evaluating the
perspective of people in accordance to manage the common understanding.
Problem-solving skill: At the time of the project I have evaluated the problems as well as
difficulties which are faced by the consumers and I also find solutions and other alternatives with
supported me to solve their issues in the effective as well as efficient wave. This has assisted me
too do my function in the effective way by resolving every issue which boss faced by the
consumers through the procedure of my working the LSST is is located in the UK. The company
wants to enlarge their company in new market that are not able to select the certain field of the
target market and Fairfield is the competition for the LSST.
What do you know now that you did not know at the start of the process?
During the specific project I have attained several experiences as well as learning which
supported me to work for my future betterment in the most effective way. Before initiating
towards the working of this project I have no experience as well as no understanding about how
to evaluate the problems of the consumers and take effective decisions in regards to it. So in
order to do this I have adopted several set of skills and capabilities which has assisted me to take
the proper decisions and offer me more better understanding in order to evaluate the consumers

problem and provide them with more suitable and satisfactory experience as it will assist me in

To what extant has your level of confidence improved?
In the procedure of working in a team I have performed in the group for solving the problems of
the customers and their difficulties which are encountered by them. As working in the team I
have offered more appropriate direction and guidance to the other people in the team and offer
then all my assistance which supported me and my team to attaining the goals as well as
objectives efficiently and effectively (Horikoshi, and Kono, 2021). The specific project offered
me the chance to communicate with the several members of the team and interact with them and
offer them my ideas which increases the level of confidence in me.
How could you use your learning in future career?
I have also utilised these skills as well as learning in doing the several operations of the
commercial business in the effective as well as efficient for example I can conveniently take
appropriate decisions in the operations, I can resolve the issues as well as problems of the team
and consumers as well as I can manage and maintain effectual interaction and communication to
function the operations of the business in the effective as well as efficient way. As I have
adopted several set of skills and also more appropriate understanding at the time of working on
the project in the several areas which enhances my entire capabilities and supported me to attain
the edge over my competitors in the future.

Three skill gap that need to consider for future development and get success in career
I have evaluated that there are several set of skills in my life which I required to better for doing
specific activities in the future in the effective way in order to attain more success professionally.
In addition to it these skills are described below in brief (Sturdy, 2021).
Time-management skill: I have evaluated that I am not so effective in maintaining as well as
managing my time in order to perform the activities which are needed on time. As in the
company this is very crucial to conduct every activity in accordance to given times by the
management. So because of this project I have also missed the deadlines which influenced and
affects my entire productivity and efficiency.
Organisation skill: Company is associated to maintaining all the functions as well as operation
in the structured and systematic way and also organised all the set end resources in accordance to

accomplish the desired goals of the company in the effective and organised manner. I have
understood that I’m not much capable to perform and organise all the practices so it can effect
the productivity and performance of the organization for the long period of time.
