INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and skills development enhancement for the professional and personal growth
results in creating opportunity for the organisations in the future scenario. In addition to that it
helps in enhancing and also learning the skills, knowledge and abilities on a constant manner
which result in more career opportunities for the career growth in the same fields. With finding
the solutions for the business problems through managing the company can result in improving
the ability to deliver, explore and create such values to the consumers that basically results in
improving the requirements of the customers. There are various abilities and skills which are
developed by the people through performing a variety of activities and opportunities in their
professional and personal lives. The basic skills usually comprises of the adaptability, leadership,
problem solving, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal skills etc which are generally
required an individual for the purpose to solve the business problems. When it comes to
knowledge it basically comprises of the conceptual knowledge, organizational knowledge,
technical knowledge and product knowledge which is very essential and plays a very important
in performing problem solving for the organisation. The report basically covers business and its
significance for the future growth and in the end it provides an action plan for the improvement
of certain skill gaps for a individual.

The professional and personal development activities along with the support of the
knowledge and skills enhancement are continuous and all pervasive for the development and
growth opportunities to a person or an individual. When it comes to professional and personal
development basically refers to the growth process of a person through management of the
knowledge, skill development and learning activities. Performing the problem solving activities
of the company can enable a person assembles the knowledge and skills that can result in
improving their further professional and personal development and providing the career success
and employability opportunities (Di Gregorio, A. and et. al., 2019). The various skills that are
gained through performing this programme are mentioned below:

development basically refers to the growth process of a person through management of the
knowledge, skill development and learning activities. Performing the problem solving activities
of the company can enable a person assembles the knowledge and skills that can result in
improving their further professional and personal development and providing the career success
and employability opportunities (Di Gregorio, A. and et. al., 2019). The various skills that are
gained through performing this programme are mentioned below:

Problem solving skills: In context to skills, the problem solving skill is basically the ability of a
person to examine the situations and solving the problem. It helps in identifying its causes and
developing specific solutions to resolve the problems. With the support of problem solving
activities, i basically developed the ability to identify the various reasons for the problem and
creating a solution to handle the problem effectively. I started to examine the reasons and
situations and causes for the problem with the help of a mind map in order to eliminate the
problem and improving the solutions, working along with the members, resolving the conflicts
and develop ethical solutions for the problems (GrÃjdieru, 2018).
Critical thinking skills: It basically refers to the thinking process of the person in the given
situation can result in helping of creation of the new things , innovative ideas, developing new
methods for the purpose to find out the best suitable solution for a situation. For the financial
issues, i used my critical thinking skills for the purpose to arrange the finances in order to
complete my tasks. With the support of the critical thinking , i was able to develop good
solutions in order to solve the problem.
Communication Skills: Communication basically means the process of exchange of information
or idea for the purpose to reach a common understanding. The communication skills basically
refers to the transferable skills that goes constantly through out the entire life and helps in better
interaction with other individuals. I have developed communication skills while performing the
programme because it was very important for me to interact with the individuals for the
development of the solutions for the business problems. I think with the help of appropriate
speech, proper body language, open mindedness, adequate attention can result in improving the
various communication activities of a person (Lindgreen and et. al., 2021).
Digital Literacy: The technology plays a very important role and the rapid changes and the
advancement in the technology has intensified the use of the artificial intelligence, devices,
virtual reality and augmented reality. While creation of the solutions for the increasing space
within the area and i learnt the use of the augmented and virtual reality for increasing the space

order to work together in group and with each other for the purpose to achive a same objective
and desired goals. In reference to team work, it plays a very important and significant role which
the help of which it helps in aligning the actions and improving the actions and conditions. With
the help of effective team work, it helps in cooperation and coordination for the purpose to
achieve a high level of the performance for the purpose to make changes swiftly (Markova,
Modliński and Pinto, 2020).
