INTRODUCTION
The pursuing report aims to intensify penetrating impact on skills that were modified while
carrying out this project. In addition to this, it dwells the analysis performed for skills that would
be needed in coming times. The performing of this report has helped me in improvising of my
skills, abilities and competences which will assist me in doing wonders in coming time and
displaying a recognizable change in my future growth(Aravamudhan and Charumathi, 2019).
With this a thought of activity is enclosed to serve modification in the ability that has some
differences.
TASK 1: ANALYSING SKILLS
Skills formulated on the basis of undertaking project
A person at any time performs any of the project in his lifetime. There can be difference
in the subject matter, undertaking project can be academic or professional but the significance of
accomplishing project with the resources given and time provided remains of same significance
and cannot be eliminated. Completing the tasks provided for a particular project helps a person
or a group to analyse and evaluate several critical situations which they haven't combated before
in their whole living in academics or any other fields(Close, 2016). This hence provides a
possibility to researcher to bring out project facing hurdles within given resources and time,
enabling research worker to learn and enhance his knowledge. This learning helps them to
improvise their skills, knowledge, abilities and competency. This aids them to execute the project
in an effective manner in coming time relatively to upcoming projects.
I even completed this project giving my best to bring out optimistic outcomes utilising
my related skills. In the verge of performing this project report I was able to savvy fresh ideas
and build up my skills. With this my creativity was enhanced and the thoughts regarding any
topic to be performed were fresh which proves in proper execution and completion giving

profitable outcomes. Underneath are some of the skills that brought out reinforcement in my
existing skills or building new ones:
Managing Time To perform any task efficiently a person needs to manage and deal with
his chores so that unnecessary time is not wasted in performing the same. Any good idea without
management of time can be a failure and make the report maker suffer. It can be called as his
ability to properly divide time required for performing incorporated goal. The major skill which I
enhanced performing this project can be assumed as time management. Through this I was able
to differentiate and prioritise tasks on point of time. As a matter of fact I was competent to carry
out the project on the given deadline for the same as I was expected to do.
Teaming up and managing A good team can make a work completed effectively and
efficiently as it does not waste time and resources. With a good team arises a need of good leader
to lead it for achieving goal(Frisk, 2018). A leader is recognized to be the one who facilitates
timely accomplishment of goal. Hence, I improved my skills to work with a team and taking
charge as a leader and perform activities.
Communicating skills To conclude any task with a success, communication is considered
as a mandatory substance. These skills can be recognized as competencies of an individual to
spread the views and points amidst other individuals or a group. In this context, the completion
of this report helped me in improvising my communicating skills by interacting and delivering
thoughts to team mates. In support to this I was competent to develop my verbal skills of
communication.
Ideas not known before
By performing this project I was capable of learning a lot of things which were out of my
knowledge prior. I performed this project by participating in it actively and giving my whole
efforts which enabled me to grasp certain important things. All these moulded by character and
equipped my knowledge. Through this I firstly learnt to manage time and its importance in life of
a being. It becomes a necessity to properly manage and assign tasks so that it is sure that project
is completed in a prescribed time. Other than that I learnt how significant it is to mange activities
and tasks in performing a project so that a team can be properly managed and complications be
removed. This facilitates team to work in a cooperative and coordinating manner ensuring the
completion of gaols and targets in a set framework of time period. All the more I even studied
that a project can only be successful when every person in a group actively participates and gives

their opinions which assist in proper execution of a project. This guarantees that their creative
thinking is sustained and are valued for a project.
Enhancing assurance
In process of this project, I learnt a multitude of things that were out of my learnings,
prior to performing this project(Johnson, 2019). It improvised my knowledge in the same area
and assisted in rising confidence level and giving an assurance. Moreover I got a possibility to
take advantage of my skills and to ensure that the work assigned to me is executed in a given
time period without any hurdles and risks. The self confidence was heightened when
enhancement of examining as it provides better opportunities for enhancing career in relation to
future.
Utilising knowledge in coming times
The outcomes and results derived from the undergoing project has helped me in
achieving and bringing out this report and would definitely assist me in upgrading my skills that
will help me to improvise my professional identity. With the support of the skills achieved from
this report I would be able to get a healthier line of work where my skills can be properly
utilised, my capabilities, competencies and abilities can be used to full potent so that I give an
extra ordinary performance. Exploitation of skills to the maximum extent has assisted me in
surpassing the work allotted to me. This piece of report has supported me in excelling my
capabilities and creating a positive impact over the colleagues and senior management of the
organisation with whom I may get connected to in coming future times(Miah, Hasan and
Gammack, 2017). It will provide an improvised career which will facilitate my development on
professional aspects.
TASK 2 PLAN OF ACTION
During the study of this report, I analysed that there are certain skills required to be
learned by an individual in order to develop and grow in the competitive environment. The gap
amid the existing skills and the expectations is considered to be discrepancy which can be
eliminated with the help of effective skills. These effective skills will help an individual in
completing their future projects efficiently and learn something new out of it. If an individual
does not proficient himself in certain skills then this will impact their personality in negative
way. A plan of action is considered to be the planning of the phase in which an individual have

In this context the following plan of action is prepared which will help in improving some of my

From the above report it can be concluded that skills are necessary for developing the personality
of an individual in the external environment. Also, there is requirement of studying the external
