in international market. It is management activity as it which has various departments that
makes it more systematic and advantageous for them to have a effective management and

My job designation is the business management in which I have to manage the opration and
supervise all of them in systematic manner. Various kinds of skills as well as education has
been improved by me while working on this project which assit me in creating my career
more better. The skills which I have develop is listed in below -
Active listening - this is a skills I have developed through the good listening of others
that makes me more good in listening actively so that others can have interest in me and
my talks.
communication - it is communication skills that I have develop while working on this
model also I have got a confidence in speaking front of audience and also I have
improved my conversation skills and this effect my personality .

Time management - I have develop time management skills by doing operations on

it makes it more specific and growth in professions. This is being analysed that
professionalism makes the person valued and have a great image with in the company and
