INTRODUCTION
Business is the commercial activity which is being done with the aim of making money
also it assist in having profit and revenue that makes the brand more profitable and sustainable
in international market. It is management activity as it which has various departments that
makes it more systematic and advantageous for them to have a effective management and
impressive business in the market place. The following report is explaining the skills which is

My job designation is the business management in which I have to manage the opration and
supervise all of them in systematic manner. Various kinds of skills as well as education has
been improved by me while working on this project which assit me in creating my career
more better. The skills which I have develop is listed in below -
 Active listening - this is a skills I have developed through the good listening of others
that makes me more good in listening actively so that others can have interest in me and
my talks.
 communication - it is communication skills that I have develop while working on this
model also I have got a confidence in speaking front of audience and also I have
improved my conversation skills and this effect my personality .
 issues resolving skills - this is problem solving skills and this is critical skills taht every
one must have the ability to have this talent so that I can solve the business issues as
well as personal issues of employees. I have develop this skills and also resolve the
issues of an team members that builds a relation between the employees and
management.
 Time management - I have develop time management skills by doing operations on
deadlines and on the due dates that makes it developed. I have develop this skills while
working on this business model and this teaches me to complete work on deadlines and
how to attain it successfully .

While starting a business I have few skills and other that are common nothing special but while
working on this business plan I have developed many new skills like deep analysis skills,
critical thinking skills. I have analsyed that I have developed the self confidence with in me as I
am weak in communicating as I have introvert personality so its hard to connect easily as
business I have to communicate with many people so its is important to have this skills. I have
also analysed that I have a skills of innovtaion that makes my work more impressive.
By which extent the level of confidence has been improved -
Through developing the skills of technical knowledge and communication skills I have
develop my confidence level previously I feel nervous wile speaking in front of various people
but now I feel confident while speaking in front of huge audience also I feel confident while
presenting presentation in front of broad members. I also feel very good as I have developed
many new skills I have developed various new skills and other ability that will be useful in
future.
How could the learnings could be utilised for the up coming career -
Training and improvement programs gives a host of welfare. They grow employee actions ,
boost workers fruitfulness, cut down employee ratio, and better company trends . Research the
significance of preparation and development programs for worker and utilize by following a
vocation in business management . the developed skills will be useful in up coming duration as
