INTRODUCTION
The practice based on consultancy is considered as one of the crucial approaches which
helps an individual to take assistance from third party experience (Brandi, and Elkjaer, 2019).
This is one of the key ethical roles and responsibilities of a candidate to develop a focused
approach in taking consultancy in order to develop professional approach. This is one of the
major roles of an individual to take support and guidance from consultancy in order to
effectively perform duties at the workplace. This report will cover key concepts which are
related to project development and management. This project will include focus on development
of various competencies and skills which are required for systematic growth and development.
This report will also cover description of major three skills which are required for overall growth
of an individual. The project will also include significance of planning and strategic framework
which are required to support an individual in growth and expansion.

A brief description and overview of the concerned project
My project was “ Increasing motivation in the life'' which help an individual to develop
focused approach. I consider that motivation is one of the major factors which helps in
development of emotional intelligence and moral in an individual. While completing the project I
discovered various skills which will increase my confidence and develop a major personality. In
the future, I will develop primary focus on skills which I learned during the project and
implement them in the real life. The skills which I gained and attained through the project will
help me to gain growth in further development.
The competencies and skills which are developed with the help and assistance of the project
While completing the project I have gone through various challenges and issues which
are to be overcome with the help of strategic choices (Eddy, and Solomon, 2017). I have also
developed key and major skills which will help me to increase my overall potential and
strengths. The developed skills during the completion of the project are mentioned below:
Leadership skills- I have gained and developed leadership skills which are important for
me to increase my management approaches. I can now easily handle a team with major
efforts in order to develop and formulate desired results. The leadership skills I developed
will also help me to manage my subordinate team members in a precise manner.
Time management- According to me, time management skills are most important part of
an individual's life. These skills will help me to improve my confidence and increase the
management of daily routine tasks.
Communication skills- The communication skills are most important part of the
individual's personal and professional life (Haffar, Djebarni, and Evans, 2019). It is
essential for a person to learn communication skills in a professional manner to achieve
effectiveness. The communication skills will also help me to improve my coordination
skills.

confidence is considered as one the major approaches which helps a candidate to enhance

consequences and challenges of the business entity. I will use this confidence in my major
development based activities in order to increase the potential and develop focused approach
