INTRODUCTION
Skill development can be described as process that allow identification of skills gap in young
person for providing skill training as well as employment benefits to these peoples (Brown,
2018). This project report includes evaluation of learning and skills development. It also includes
identification of gaps consider by a person for further development. Moreover, it is consist plan
of action in order to fill these gaps.
MAIN BODY
Evaluation of learning and skill development
In order to provide solution to problem faced by business, I have developed different skills and
learning. IN order to solve problem of client, I have worked with different team members at
workplace and on basis of effective skills development, I was able to solve them problem and
also to handle the operation. On basis of these skill, I will be also able to solve other problem
occur in my professional life. I also able to improve my learning which allow me to determine
my operations in effective manner.
Skills
In process of working of project of client for providing them solution, I have leaned about
different competencies, capabilities and skills which allow me to perform over a task in effective
manner. In order to work over a project, I need to get support from team which allow me to
develop team working skills (Hill, Overton and Thompson, 2020). I also need to lead team for
providing them effective guidance that allows me to develop leadership skills. All these skills are
important with view of career development. Some of these skills developed by me are mentioned
below:
Team working skills: Team working skill is one of important skill that allow a person for
purpose of work in a group in order to share outcomes and resources to work in effective
manner. It is one of essential skills that allow a person to work with other person who has
different skills and capabilities. In order to get desired results, I need to coordinate with efforts
other person made for completion of work. I also need support of team for purpose of
understanding client problem and also to provide effective solution.
Communication skills: It is one of skill that assist to share ideas, opinion to other person in
clear words that helps to avoid confusion. Communication is also important in order to resolve

occur in my professional life. I also able to improve my learning which allow me to determine
my operations in effective manner.

Leadership skills: Leadership skills are another important skill that was developed by me during
completion of project. For completion the project, I take initiative and for which I provide
guidance to tea members about how to complete work (Kaše, Saksida and Mihelič, 2019). I also
motivate team members to effectively work in order to attain goals and objectives of team.
Problem solving skills: It is another skill that is developed by me for understanding problem of
client. In order to solve problem, me and my teas has developed solution in order to select an
effective solution. It is also important for me to make to handle the situation in effective manner.

During whole process for completion of a project, I have develop different learning and
experience that allow me to perform in effective manner in future period of time. Before starting
the project, I am unaware about problem faced by client, for making decision and also related to
getting competitive advantage. But after completion them project, I have developed different
skills. I also understand how to solve problem of client and allow them to get competitive
advantage. Before starting of project, I am not that much confident as I does not have prior
experience but with completion of project, I have strong understanding about various component
of project.
Improvement in confidence
I have improved my confidence in different manner as with completion of project, I was able to
develop my capabilities. I have been working over a project in order to resolve problem and also
providing them solutions (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). Completion of project
offer opportunity to me to interact with various people, communicate with them, represent ideas
for boosting my confidence level. I also attain my goals that allow me to get success and also
boost my confidence.
Use learning in future period of time
I have learned different learning capabilities, skill and knowledge during completion of project.
It will make me efficient in different field that provide me competitive advantage. I also
developed different skills like communication skill, problem solving skill, leadership skill in

In order to overcome of these skill gap, individual needs to develop these skills which allow
them to plan things in effective manner and also to attain goals and objectives. Some of these
skills identified by a person is mentioned below:
Time management skill: It is one of important skill that allow a person to manage time in
effective manner. On basis of this skill, a person is able to complete a work before deadline of
project (Liedtka, Hold and Eldridge, 2021). It is also important for them for purpose of working
in efficient manner that does not create pressure of time over them.
Conflict management skill: It is another important skill that allow individual to sole problem
and conflicts occur in team. I have lack of conflict management skills due to which it is difficult
for me to overcome of conflicts.
Organisation skill: It is another important skill that allow me to manage all activities in business
in effective manner. It also helps me to organise resources in effective manner that reduce
wastage in business and allow them to gain competitive advantage in business.
Action plan:
It is one of plan that consist actions to be take for completion of work and also provide them
opportunity to attain goals and objectives of business in effective manner (Sharma and Ganga,
2019). Some of these steps to be taken by a person for getting success in business are mentioned
