INTRODUCTION
Consulting practice is mainly refers to identification of personality, skills, knowledge, market
needs evaluation and many more for successful career. I realised when I passed my graduation in
commerce I clearly evaluates that I do have good communication skills and I easily consult with
others. From this activity I clearly decides to become organization marketing manager which
beneficial. Completion of my personal evaluation I decides to communicate with consultant
because I really wants to knew that this specific field which type of skills requires, it has growth
opportunities in market or not (Elhajjar, Karam and Borna, 2021). This study develop
information how I communicate with consultant for my career effectiveness and prepares CV for
career effectiveness.

Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
From the consulting communicating its been very clear that they provide clear guidance that I
can easily builds growth in my career when I participates into marketing field because of digital
media marketing practices and I do have long experience. But for the higher effective growth I
requires some major essential skills which are includes like time management, creative,
leadership and business management skills (Suoniemi, S., and et.al., 2022). So from the
evaluation of all the essential skills which requires to become marketing manger I decides that I
will defiantly learn all the skills with participates into organization project. Thus, when I
participates into project learn all the essential skills from my colleagues, leaders, professors
guidance.
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
I participates into marketing field project so I realise that HR has different responsibilities and
they do work which is documentation, managing worker safety security, bonus, organize events
and many more. Also when HR takes my interview I clearly evaluates that they do have great
communication skills and they do have stability to ask question. I clearly felt taht i don’t have
needs to takes classes from experts for professors consultant distributor gives right direction that
application of practical approaches is one of the most effective way to get good position.
I realised in graduation that I select marketing subject for my post graduation which is very
beneficial for future.

To what extent has your level of confidence improved? Your confidence may have improved as
you communicated with your client, completed the project on time, etc.
I realise that I do have lack of confidence but when I continuously participates into classroom
activities, or stage performance it improves my confidence. But mainly my professor helps to
improve my confidence level because they always believes in my communication way, so they
decides to improves my confidence with development of event where they decides to manage all
the by me (Mahase, 2021). Thus, from this event I learned leadership skills, communication,
creative skills and many more which is beneficial for career and it mainly requires for the future.
How could you use your learning in your future career?
I evaluates from the skills learning that I can easily engage success in my career because i
participates into successful project and this professional life gives different range of knowledge
which is one of the most beneficial aspects and it makes higher sustainability in future. Also I
clearly evaluates that I uses leadership, creative and other multiple skills on my daily
professional life and these all skills makes my personality more attractive and effective which is
one of the most beneficial term.
Critical evaluation should be supported with examples:
I do have marketing essential skills like content writing, positive attitude, technology and many
more. But from the consultant practices I do have more clarity that marketing profession requires
different range of skills which I got learn from project manager, post graduation professors who
gives proper and practical learning which is one of the most effective approach.

more celerity that this specific subject has potential and it has power to gives more efficient
results in the future or not. Also consultant manager provides multiple jobs in marketing field so
I prefer to participates into Marketing/ Social media/ Business/ Digital/Crypto/ NFT’s because
this organization helps a lot because of its effectiveness. Also it makes more consistency for my
future and career. I evaluates from the company websites that they mainly wants leadership
skills, technology skills, business management skills, team work and creative skills which I
effectively gained and learn from the experts which is one of the most effective term and
approach for higher effectiveness expansion in career (Göndör, 2021).
