INTRODUCTION
In the professional and personal life of an individual, consultancy plays an important role.
The consultancy provides third party support to an individual in order to perform key tasks and
functions in a precise manner. It is essential for an individual to focus on development of
consultancy in practising in order to gain desired success in the competition. All major academic
institutions focus on development of a focused approach in consulting in practice for
achievement of set targets and objectives (Lawlor and Sher, 2021). This report will cover the
information about project I prepared during academic life. The project will include key focus on
development of various skills which are essential to be enhanced. This report will also highlight
three major skills which are required in order to complete key tasks in a set period of time. The
project will also include focus on level of confidence I increased with the help of project
management and development. This report will also develop an action plan in order to develop
focused approach in management of skill development.

The brief overview of project along with its dimensions
In my academics, I developed a project on “Collaborative working” which helped me to
understand its key dimensions. I will focus on development of collaboration based working in
my life in order to perform key tasks and functions on priority basis. I understand that it is
essential for a candidate to take assistance of collaborative working in order to achieve key goals
and objectives. The collaboration based working also helps in making a task more easier and
convenient (Hemmings, Watson and Parker, 2019). In completing the project it was essential for
me to increase value and strengths which are helpful in increasing the chances of career
development.

While preparing the project I have developed several skills which are essential for me to
gain systematic growth. The key skills which I develop while preparing the project are
mentioned below:

me a lot. I also know about communication and its key aspects which are important for passing
the message. I don't how to handle responsibilities in a bulk manner which created unwanted
pressure on me (Göncü, 2018). In order to handle the pressure associated with the process I
preferred to take guidance and support of my seniors and professors. I have developed planning
frameworks at the starting of the project in order to develop key and focused approach.
The level of confidence improvement
Confidence is considered as a major element which is key part of personality. My
confidence was very week at the starting of project. I have developed confidence to maximum
extent with the help of key roles and responsibilities that are developed by an individual. My
confidence is also improved due to the support provided by my teachers (Cross and Sheffield,
2019). It is now my ethical responsibility to develop key and focused approach in managing key
aspects of my practical life using confidence development skills.
Application of my learning from project for the future
I will apply my learnings from my project for the future in order to gain success related to
my career field. I will take into consideration the advice of my seniors in order to implement best
practices related to career development with supervision and control. The key activities that I
learned during the project will also help me to improve my goodwill and reputation in my
academic institution. I will apply my knowledge and learning in a practical manner at the
