INTRODUCTION
There is key role of analysing the problem of the client and to provide them effective
solutions. It is also necessary to learn from the experience and enhance the skills and knowledge
(Davis and Rebelsky, 2019). The client in this case is LSST and the consultation is being
provided to them. There is discussion related to the skills that are enhanced by carrying the
project and the develop the confidence level. The skills will help in future development and
attain career goals. The activities that must be undertaken to enhance the skill gaps are also
mention in this report.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Skills developed
After carrying the LSST project, I was able to understand problem of client. This enhanced
by understanding skills. I am not able to understand the issues faced by people and analyse the
situation faced by them. Along with that the internal and external analysis of the client is being
done in the report. This assists in enhancing the research skills. There is need of these research
skills to carry on the research in effective manner so that goals and objectives can be attained
effectively (Gill, 2020). There is need of managing the work in such a manner that the problems
from all the factors can be analysed. There is need of enhancing the skills that will help in future.
At the time of resolving the issues of the client, I was able to enhance my problem solving skills.
The problem solving skills are necessary to carry on the work in effective manner. At the same
time, I am able to enhance my communication skills that I am able to enhance due to interacting
effectively. The use of communication skills is enhancing day by day. It is seen that I am able to
enhance my IT skills in order to provide them best available solutions. It is time of digitalisation
and there is key role of carrying the work with best digital skills so that real success of the client
can be attained.
I am also able to enhance my management skills. Management is necessary to carry on the
meeting on right time and to give the solutions in effective manner as well. There is need of
managing the work in such a manner that all the problems of client are solved within right time.
The use of right time management skills will help to become successful (Namin and et.al., 2021).
I have developed various skills at the time of carrying the LSST project and attaining success.

Learning from the project
Before carrying the project, I was not aware about the digital process. After
understanding the problem of the client I understood the need of marketing to LSST. There is
need of online teaching at this time so I am able to know effectively about the process as well. It
helped me to formulate short term as well as long term strategy and creating a relation among
both of them (Toker and Baturay, 2022). This is necessary for the individuals to take online
classes so that they are able to enhance their knowledge. I am able to learn about leadership skills
by working team effectively.
The major think learned from the project that I was not aware before wards is related to
the problem solving. Listening to the problem of client and then carrying proper analysis of
internal, external as well as competitors so that the best strategy is being developed for them.
There is need of learning in such a manner that the goals can be attained in appropriate manner.
The use of all these skills are necessary to solve the problem of the clients and manage the work.
There is need of working as per the desires solutions that will help them.
Level of confidence improved
I am able to enhance my confidence level after carrying the project. There is need of
effective communication to all the people and it helps them to deal with all the situations. By
interacting with client and other people I am able to enhance my confidence level (Topalli and
Cagiltay, 2018). This will help me to carry on similar projects in future. By carrying effective
research and solving the problems faced by client I able to develop my level of confidence.
Along with that I have carried this project on time this is one of the motivating factor for me and
my progress. I am not able to carry on multiple tasks together.
The use of learning in future career
The skills developed will help me in future. All the skills such as communication, time
management, decision making, problem solving play a critical role in getting good job. There is
need of working as per these skills so that in future success is attained. This will help me to carry
similar projects in future (Ali and et.al., 2018). Along with that, I will good employment
opportunity in future due to these skills. There is need of all these skills to work effectively at the

time of job as well. It is necessary to use the skills properly so that real work is managed in
future.
TASK 2
Identify skill gap
I am able to analyse that there are some skill gaps that I am facing. There is need of
enhancing all these skills as they will help me to work effectively in future. There are regular
updates in the market and by taking right actions I will be able to perform effectively in future as
well. I have analysed that I lack time management skills, problem solving skills, and team
working skills.

These are some of the actions that would help me to enhance my skills within specified
time. It is formulated below:

CONCLUSION
It is concluded that there is key role of learning in the life of individuals. It is seen that the
skills developed after carrying the project are mentioned. The level of confidence enhanced and
use of skills is future is analysed. In the end, skill gap is analysed and the actions to develop
them are mentioned.
