INTRODUCTION
In the overall development of an individual, consulting in practice is considered as one of
the key approaches which provides support and help (Armstrong, 2018). Consultancy in practice
provides third party action and support to an individual to develop expertise approach. It is major
role of an individual to focus on development of consultancy in practices in order to achieve key
goals and objectives which are formulated by a candidate. In the academic as well as in
professional life, consultancy in practice play an important role by developing various
opportunities. In this project key aspects of project management and development are covered.
This project will cover formulation of key skills and competencies which are required for further
development of a person in a systematic manner. The report will also cover importance of
strategic and planning frameworks in relation to three major skills which are to be developed by
an individual.

The brief overview of project along with its dimensions
It is essential for a candidate to learn project management in the academic life in order to
become more responsible in academic life. I have developed a project which is related to
“Managing and developing motivation”. This project helped me to learn various crucial
dimensions of motivation which are required to develop emotional intelligence and morale in an
individual (Elkjaer, and Brandi, 2018). I consider that management of a project is one of the
major ethical responsibilities of an individual in order to gain systematic growth. I took guidance
and support of my teachers and professors in order to complete the project in a successful
manner.
The skills I have enhanced and develop by the help of project
Skill development is one of the major and necessary part of an individual's life which
helps in development of strengths and capabilities. The key skills I developed with the help and
assistance of project are mentioned below:
Leadership skills- The leadership skills are most important part of an individual's life
which helps in management of subordinate employees. In order to develop leadership
skills, it is important role of a person to develop focused approach related to
management. I have developed leadership skills during completion of my project which
will help me to manage my junior employees for the organization I am working for.
Critical thinking skills- In order to find out optimum solutions for the major problems of
life, it is crucial for a candidate to take support of critical thinking skills. The critical
thinking skills are also helpful in supporting formulation of key solutions to major
problems (Gunter, and Mills, 2017). The development of critical thinking skills helps an
individual to gain effectiveness in major operations.
Decision making skills- The decision making skills are most important skills which
helps in taking major decisions in practical life. It is major role of a candidate to develop
effective decision making skills in order to achieve focused approach in formulating
major decisions.

The key aspects which I don't know at the starting of the process and things which I know at the
starting of process
It is essential for the candidate to develop a precise approach in management of a project.
The key considerations which I don't know at the starting of process includes critical information
related to the project. In order to know the information related to project I took assistance of my
group members and seniors. I was not aware about risk associated with the project development
and management in order to develop focused and major solutions (Kürzinger, and Miller, 2017).
At the starting of the process, I knew how to handle key elements of project management at the
starting of process which helped me a lot. In order to facilitate my knowledge, learning and
development related to project, I will take into consideration application of professional project
management.
The level of confidence improvement
The improvement of confidence is very much necessary for management of key aspects
related to the project. I was lacking in confidence at the beginning of project and was afraid to
implement best practices related to the same. In order to improve my confidence I took
assistance of developing a major planning and strategic frameworks (Lawrence, 2019). The level
of confidence of an individual is helpful in development and performing a task in a systematic
manner. My confidence is now developed in order to deal with key consequences and challenges
related to practical life.
Application of my learning from project for the future
My learning from project will help me to improve my performance in the academic life
and achieve key goals and objectives with the help of strategic actions. In order to increase the
chances of developing future opportunities, it is essential for me to increase my competitive
values and strengths. I have learned key knowledge related to project management which will
support me to gain crucial knowledge related to key dimensions of project management (Oliver,
McNamee, and Draper, 2018). It is major role of a candidate to develop precise approach in
understanding key aspects of project management in order to develop well and advanced
approach.

development
In order to develop systematic and precise approach in career related life for achievement
of key targets and objectives. I have focused on the development of three key skills which help
me in my further development. The major three skills which I have enhanced are mentioned
below:
Managerial skills- The management skills are essential to be developed by a candidate
in order to manage key functions and tasks of the business. The managerial skills related
knowledge is essential to be developed by a candidate in order to manage large number
of employees of a company.
Communication skills- The communication skills are most important part of personality
of a candidate which helps in increasing the approach in passing a message (ten Have,
Graamans, and ten Have, 2019). It is also one of the major role of an individual to focus
on learning communication skills in order to increase the coordination. In my project,
communication skills helped me to develop focused approach in managing coordination
between my team members.
Conflict management skills- In the growth and development of an individual, conflict
management skills play a key role by increasing the harmony between people. It is
important for me to develop conflict management skills in order to resolve the major
clashes which arises between my team members.
