The consulting practice is define d as the way of taking the help of of the other business
organisation or the support from the professionals in order to achieve the goals and objectives. It
is very important for an individual to focus on the consulting in practice so that they can beat the

develop the new and various opportunities in order to achieve success and growth. This is the

Overview of the project
A project is been formulated in order to develop the career opportunities where I am able
to develop various skills which are important in the career development. this is very important
for me in order to be effective and efficient learner in my future career. There are various kills
and knowledge which is required in order to be professional within the career development. The
project helped me to gain key skills and knowledge in order to have a competitive advantage.
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project
The skill of an individual plays a vital role in order to develop themselves in an
effective and efficient way. As the project has helped me to develop various skills in
order to develop my career. This also enhances in several opportunities in order to be
competitive around the world. The various skill which I was able to develop through the
project are discussed be;low:
 ICT skills- This is the most important skill which is required by an individual in order to
develop in the career development. This is related to the information and communication
technology where I was able to understand the basic term if the technology. This is the
skill which I used to develop through my project and this helped me to improve in my
knowledge off informations system which is useful further in my career.

 Communication skills This is the skill which is related to the proper and effective
communication with the other people. This is the skill which I was able to develop while
completing the project as I was able to communicate in an effective and efficient way.
This also enhanced in my productivity to improve my performance within the academic
learning.
 Team management skills- this is the skill which is most important and enhances in
overall productivity of an individual. While working with the project I was able to
enhance on my team management skill where I was able to manage my team in an
effective and efficient way. This is important for me and for achieving the goals and
objectives within the limited time period.
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process
After the start of the process of the project there was various aspect in which I was weak and I
didn't knew about it. But after the project I was able to gain knowledge and brief
understanding. It is very important for to understand the knowledge of my filed where I
was able to gain because of this project. I was able to manage the different task and
functions in the limited time period. There were various responsibilities which I need to
take over and I learn how to implement those after encouraging myself to do this
project. I was able to understand how an individual can handle the pressure of the work
in an effective manner by this project. These are the main concern where I was ab;le to
learn after the start of the process of the project which I didn't knew before.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved
It is identified that confidence is the most crucial part in the life of an individual which
need to be developed in order to be effective and efficient. It is very important for an
individual to develop the confidence so that the communication and the other activities
take place in an effective manner. I was able develop confidence while doing this
project as I was able to communicate effectively with my team members in an effective
way. As before the start of this project I was nor confident to preform various function.
But now I have that much of confidence where I can handle pressure and am able to
manage my team in an appropriate manner.

How could you use your learning in your future career
I can use my learning from this project in my future career development in the
numerous ways. As the learning is the most important part which is considered in order
to develop the career of an individual. It is very important for me to use my learning in
different areas. The ICT skill which I have learned can be applied in my professional
life.
