which is also the biggest colleges in UK and

colleges in UK having for about 4 campus in the region.

Targeting: The managers at LSST targets its customer base by reflecting to their mission statement
under which working of university with use of innovative technology is being facilitated.

Positioning: Authorities at LSST are being appraised with decent brand image of the university in
the said market region.

Competition
 Analysing on the working of LSST, it does
have a little competition in its operational
marketplace.
 However, with its decent existence in the
given market allows firm to gain better
brand image and also attracts clients by its
innovative style of teaching.
