INTRODUCTION
Consumer behaviour is defined as the attitude and the nature of the customer associated
with the shopping in the market. This term demonstrate the approach taken by the customer to
mitigate its requirement in respective target market. This project will discuss about the multi
faceted nature of consumer buying behaviour for the crypto currency users. Various risk factor
associated with the procurement of crypto currency will also discuss in this report. What are the
ares that would allow the customer to mitigate the risk involve under crypto currency will also
discuss in this report.
Part A
Question 1
Physiological theory is the one that support and motivate the people and customer to
make a buying decision towards the crypto currency. This theory support the buying process in a
way of perception established by the people, situation of the customer, ability to understand the
information and such like of factors and elements that will motivate the customer to make the
buying decision for the crypto currency. The role of this theory is to support the target customer
for understanding the nature of the procurement process while taking the decision related to the
purchase of currency. This is an important theory that guide and direct the potential customer to
make a fundamental research about buying the currency and take all important decisions that can
support the potential customer to make the buying decision (Ahl and et.al., 2020). Crypto
currency is an investment that customer make in business. The buying process of customer
would allow the stakeholder to attract the decision making area related to the crypto currency.
Multi faceted nature is also there in the mind of the customer while taking the buying decision as
this aspect involve the cumulation of more than one factor or elements to take on the buying
decision for the crypto currency. Customer look at the risk elements, potential return on
investment and such kind of elements while taking out the buying decision for the crypto
currency.

market. This currency at this time is not being regulated by either the government or the central
bank. This further create a risk for the organisation (Chatzopoulo and et.al., 2017). This currency
is susceptible to error and hacking. This currency further get influenced by the forks and
discontinuation. This is a high and speculative product which enhances the risk factor associated
with investment. Gapping in the currency can further improve the risk involve in the investment.
IN the market due to the variation and fluctuation price may further increase or decrease for the
investor. This further create a risk in the market. The price fluctuation is massive in respect to the
crypto currency. Henceforth due to fluctuation in the market in term of prices the risk is further
increase in the market for all the investor. Further not having a proper regulating body is also a
huge and massive level of risk involve in the market. This do not support the stakeholder for
addressing all its requirement and need related to the investment in project.

The consumer buying process is the proper approach undertake by the customer while
taking the procurement decision in market. Extensive level of research is one of the major part
that the investor can look after to while taking out the buying decision for the currency. This
involves the research about the market situation, fluctuation of prices, foreign exchange rate,
financial research and such like of areas (McConaghy and et.al., 2017). This is important that the
user of the crypto currency must do an extensive research about the market and the currency
before process further for taking any decision in respect to the investment in currency. Research
would guide the stakeholder to get to know all the core requirement of the market and take a step
further for achieving greater success in the market (Gatteschi and et.al., 2018). Further the user
of the currency must evaluate whether the proper funds are available with the investor. This
involve that the user must identify its total need and maintain a proper financial sustainability
before taking any decision for acquisition of the crypto currency in market. Financial
sustainability and stability is a core element ad factor support the stakeholder for taking out any
decision related to the procurement of the crypto currency in the market. The investor must hold
an enough and sufficient money before taking any decision to hold the funds in crypto currency.
