This report presents an analysis of consumer buying behavior, focusing on a survey conducted to understand the factors influencing purchasing decisions related to herbal soap. The study, based on a 10-question survey administered to 18 consumers, explores consumer perception, attitudes, motivation, and brand loyalty. Key findings reveal that brand reputation and after-sales service significantly impact consumer choices, with a majority of respondents motivated by loyalty and high-quality product features. The analysis also highlights the influence of marketing channels, particularly recommendations from friends and family, and the importance of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. The report further examines consumer attitudes towards pricing, product features, and brand attributes, offering recommendations for organizations to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty. The results suggest the importance of understanding consumer expectations and leveraging effective marketing tools to drive sales and build a strong brand image.
