1.6 Gantt chart.
It is such which help in making a accurate schedule of whole project and this help in
accomplishing task at every aspect (Zhang and et. al., 2010). Generally, this is something which
can show the corrective manner and thus it is required to complete the whole project on desired
time frame too. Moreover, it also shows the starting and ending date of project which can help in
completing activity on time in perfect way which does consider required terms and conditions
too. Although manager is that which divide the work in different department to have a smooth
working and functioning as well so that importance of project and its objective can also be
attained. Although this is something which has various benefits and some of those are as follows:
Communication: Proper communication among every employee and department makes them to
work in better manner according to their responsibility which help them to have an effective

CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1 Impact of organic items on industry performance
According to Kontogeorgos Achilleas, better quality of organic products also increases
the sales growth which does consider the better sales margins as well. Moreover, key thing
which leads to defining the quality in consumers and firm internal thing which does also reflect
customers requirement too (Wang, Yu and Wei, 2012). There is a huge impact on organic
product on cosmetic industry as because, many customer are rationale in nature and they require
proper satisfaction from product for which they are paying and thus organic items does not harm
to skin and also prevent people from having skin diseases which mainly attract the large number
of portion from population. Industry is being performing in great way as useful item is also
making them to attain their goals and objectives too. The company does make an target
segmentation in which they mainly focus in perfect way and for thus the main customers are of
age in between 15 to 45 who uses cosmetic products. Its on industry how they manipulate
mindset of people from inorganic to organic material as well. A great company is normally build
on the basis of great products, although according to such the cosmetic industry perform in
market and provide useful items to millions of people which also help in providing the
satisfaction to their customer too. Industry performance is totally dependent on getting attracted

and change preferences of consumers towards their product which help industry to earn higher
profits and revenues (Tang and Zhou, 2012).
2.2 Influence of natural items on consumer preferences
In market there are various kind of high priced cosmetic products available which attract
the millions of people in great manner and such thing also harm their skin and sometimes also go
through with skin diseases. Moreover, it has there many beauty products are produced in
factories which include the chemical and other aspect which affect the human body too.
Normally, it can be found that many individual people are there who care for their skin in
effective way and look for those product which does not harm their body and skin. For whole
population, the cosmetic industry is becoming futuristic and bringing organic and natural beauty
items which can attract human to use such product in better manner and to become satisfied and
even many people use natural items as because it does not harm and not having any negative
impact on society as well. In aspect of such Andreyeva, Long and Brownell,(2010) said that
natural item does change the consumption behaviour of customer and if they gets satisfied with
product then they become permanent and existing consumer for longer period as because
satisfaction and no harm product always attract people. Normally, major part of population are
nowadays going with natural product too which also help in increasing the performance of
industry as well. For instance, this thing help them to reduce the issues of skin and body as well
and even the prices of organic product are less in comparison to other products.
2.3 Identify the ethical practise of environment in purchase decision.
The cosmetic industry is such which is getting increase in today's environment and thus
whole companies are bringing their product and services according to the requirement of
customer in great manner as well. There are some ethical practises which is connected with
environment and has great impact on the purchase decision as well. Moreover, the customer's are
rationale in nature and they need full satisfaction from the product and services for which they
are paying some amount, even though organic product is such which changes the purchase
decision of company and even the advertisement and its quality of not harming the human body
in any circumstances make customer to by those product and services in right prospect.
Therefore, the industry do set their prices lower then the other inorganic product, the cosmetic
industry know that they can get stable in market with organic product by having lower prices
only and after satisfying customers in great way can help in increase in selling of cosmetic

product. Hence, various summits are there which is an important for the communicating about
the cosmetic knowledge, and also allow the most up on having with ethical issues in cosmetic
research which also develop in for the developed industry. Several issues of ethical practise on
environment is by two perspectives: First one is eco-friendly, natural and another second one is
stain-able packaging with marketing concept for cosmetic companies in great manner.
Even all such ethical practises are involved while cosmetic industry is producing
cosmetic product and services which can help them to earn higher profit as well. Therefore, all
such are that which needs to be considered as because it affect the purchasing power of customer
and thus the industry gets succeed in manipulating the customer mind towards the services and it
makes them to earn higher profit too.
2.4 Barriers faced while introducing user- friendly product.
According to Archak, Ghose and Ipeirotis, (2011) says that, cosmetic industry is that
which attract many people with their promotion technique and human do use their product as
well and thus they get affected with those product in great manner too. Although these thing are
such which create many issues and problems for organic and natural product to introduce
themselves in market and it is required by cosmetic industry to come up in proper way so that
they can prevent millions of people from harmful products as well. Normally, people does not
have a habit of using user-friendly products and services so they usually ignore to buy those
product and purchase which is of high price and brand. Brand is that particular name which also
affect many other industries to get stable in market and to perform in proper manner as well
(Gupta and Harris, 2010). Brand conscious and price is the top priority factor which affect
cosmetic industry to introduce organic product in great manner. It is required by companies to
introduce the cosmetic product and services in proper way although it is needed to show the use
of natural items in right context, as this can help them to attract millions of people to have a
proper skin and body too. Moreover, nowadays human beings have become smart and also using
those items which does not harm them in any how manner. Although according to health care
research it has concluded that many human beings are coming forward to use organic and natural
product which is helping them to develop their personality as well.
Therefore, the organic products and services are clinically tested product and also goes in
with animal testing as vegan beauty product too. Even though the commodities are also available
at the body shop which is quite good for the health purpose and thus also help in making people

aware about the organic product which does not harm any diseases on skin and body too.
Generally, when a cosmetic industry introduces their product in market they make analyses of
those on animals and if does not harm them then industry bring it in market and sell their product
to earn higher profit in better manner as well.
CHAPTER 3:- RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
3.1 Type of research
In this section learner is going to highlight the various methods of acquiring data or information
in order to accomplish business activities in most appropriate manner. In fact it is very useful for
company success or project development because tools are highly beneficial for representing
necessary data. Therefore, two types of tools are qualitative and quantitative from which
qualitative is one of the useful technique for project development. As per qualitative data are
collected in object or theoretical form whereas quantitative is a word by which information is
gathered in a statistical form (Bruwer and Johnson, 2010). Hence, Quantitative method is
applicable apply in this project for identifying the need of organic product for cosmetic industry.
3.2 Research design
As per this section an association needs to design an appropriate path for assisting employees
towards appropriate direction in order to attain company goals or objectives. Although, through
the questionnaire a needed information is also going to be collected which is related to the
customer perception for the organic product and how their taste and perception changes the
mindset of people. Thus some of the essential methods of designing research is descriptive,
experimental and exploratory research. Thus, from all these three descriptive is selected because
it is based on qualitative research in order to overcome distinct barriers which might be occurred
at workplace (Feldmann and Hamm, 2015).
3.3 Data sampling
Data sampling: This term can be define as method of collecting data and information related to
research project for making appropriate outcomes in respect to desired aspect. It can be divided
into two types probabilistic and non probabilistic. In probabilistic method researcher select
information form form random selection. Random selection means choosing any of the candidate
in between the age of 15 to 40 who uses the product of cosmetic on their body. Even though
Document Page
there are various kind of sampling of data and those are as stratified and systematic. But in these
random sampling is better and thus it is easy to use and does not take time in collecting the
information in great manner. In random sampling the people of middle and upper class level of
people is been chose and thus with them the contact is being made with research service too. For
this they set up some process thus assures different unit in population. Non probabilistic
sampling mean a technique where odds of any members being choose for a sample which can not
be calculated. It is opposite of probabilistic sampling method.
3.4 Methods of data collection
data which are gather by researcher form range of sources. Two type of data collection method
are used primary and secondary.
Primary data collection method: In this, information id obtains directly form first hand
sources. Some major sources for instance are observation, experimentation, surveys and
many more. It is objective in nature.
Example: The Maybelline which is a biggest cosmetic firm in such industry also made
primary research to gather information related to the competition and what type of product
customers are actually looking for and bringing according such only. These research does
help them to make better strategy and decision in right format too.
Secondary data collection method: It refers to information collection by someone other
person and this data are use by researcher in order to draw valid conclusion. Some
common sources of data collection in secondary criteria are books, newspapers, publish
and unpublish data, magazine, journals and many more (Fuchs, Prandelli and Schreier,
2010).
3.5 Ethical consideration
The ethical consideration can be a critical task for an organisation in research field. It can be
described as standards and norms which are distinguish between right and wrong characteristics.
It is play important role in order to save all kinds of problem and issues to conduct research to
develop proper outcomes. It have mandatory to apply various criteria on researcher those are
gather data and information, that they have no right to ask sensitive and private information form
respondents. All kinds of ethical value are followed by researcher to conducting various research
project or task. It is very essential to obey which help to avoid society objections and legal
authorities.

Interpretation: Influence on sales of cosmetic for such 27% people said yes and 3% said No in
increase in sales too. Even though having increase in sales can help industry to earn higher profit
as well and will make themselves to get stand in market and to face competition in right context
too.
CHAPTER 5: DISCUSSION
From the research project, it has come out that cosmetic industry is there in market from
the many years and performing well in market and having competition as well within the
companies in the same sector too. Even though, the cosmetic companies do conduct research of
market so that they can gather needed and important information and data which can help them
to make or produce better strategies and decision which will help the firm to fight with
competition in proper way. Normally, cosmetic industry has various inorganic product which is
having high prices and thus their packaging is in such way which do attract the people to buy
their product as well.
Hence, with the help of research by cosmetic industry they have come out with
information that many people is getting skin diseases with their inorganic product too. For, them
they manufactured an organic and natural product which are clinically tested on animals and
does not harm them in any manner. Not only in cosmetic industry the organic product are
available in various areas like Food, fabric and cosmetic too. Even though various research is
organised by industry like to know the perception and taste of customer towards the natural
commodities. Hence, it is also there that sale of organic product is less then the other product,
none the less the organic product are somewhere expensive but healthier too which does not have
an impact on skin and other parts of body. Even though with the help of data analysis the

body of such commodities.
CHAPTER 6: RECOMMENDATION AND CONCLUSION
5.1 Recommendation
Recommendation is a process in which various things are considered and some of those
are making suggestion or proposal to bring some new initiatives and improve something in
industry. It is required by cosmetic industry to keep in their mind a lot many things which can
help them to have a proper working and effective product can help them to have a better services
as well. Several of the recommendation to industry are as follows:
Cosmetic industry is that which can use better advanced technology to introduce their
product in market.
In future many more research is required to conduct as because customer preferences and
taste can be changed anytime.
Industry has to use proper promotion technique like personal selling and public relation
and promotion through word of mouth, it is quite good approach as this can help to
explain everything about product and can convert the minds of people.
Research can be related as how many people is spending their income on organic product
and how many of them are going to spend.
Better offers can also help in attracting millions of people and can manipulate them to
become the existing customer for longer period.
Research is that which can help industry to make decision for the longer period.
Generally, technology is also changes with time and thus industry has to use the
advanced technology to compete with other firms to gain advantage of market too.
Cosmetic industry can tie up with famous saloons and various places who can use such
organic product and services in satisfying customer needs and wants too.
Recommendation are such which help industry to improve their working and thus they
also look to earn higher profit in market and satisfy customer in great manner too.

5.2 Conclusion
From the above project, it can be concluded that research is something which can help in
identifying the research questions for industry and collected information with data can help in
managing everything in proper manner and thus they also make better strategy and decision in
organisation too. Moreover the Body Shop is that one who provide the organic and natural
product with items which help cosmetic industry to attain their goals and objectives in great
manner as well. Even, even organisation does have various aims and objectives for which they
are in market and try to satisfy their customer. But, organic items are such which also help
society to prevent environment as well with harmful product in market and also convert human
resource to get prevented from harmful product as because they can skin and body issues. The
research project was related to identify affect of organic product on customer thoughts and
views. Basically the views are related to their perception they have for the organic product and
thus, natural product has to be analysed after utilising it in better manner.
