Contemporary issue in the entrepreneurship and innovation mainly focus towards the business
development process which is integrated with the management system of business, frameworks
and other model. It is needed for business process to identify, evaluate and analyse the overall
performance of global business. Contemporary issues is based on the subject that currently work
in the business process. There are different issues that in the business management system. In the
entrepreneurship, one or more staff members in the organization has importance of ownership
which is committed towards the success of business process (Berglund Gaddefors and Lindgren,
2016). Cash flow is also main problem when the Tesco face struggle to pay the bills and this
problem can be arise from delayed the invoicing. This is the common problem in the business
process. On the other hand, Aldi is planning an effective strategy to manage the proper budgeting
whereas this is the best process to improve the cash flows in the product and service. Time
management is also challenges issue in the entrepreneurship because sometimes, employee
cannot able to complete their task on time. TESCO always focus towards their specific goals to
list which is important for the business development process. Team members are continuously
focused towards their goals and objectives (Frank and Landström, 2016). In this way, they can
manage their time in effective ways. In this way, it can be selected the supermarket business such
as TESCO and Aldi etc. These are the fastest growing organization to expand their business all
over the world. Tesco is based on the groceries and general merchandise retailer that generate the
highest revenue in the world. They expand their market size all over the world. There are many
store open in 11 countries all over the world. This organization has been change their policy and
added more innovative idea towards the growth and development of enterprise process. On the
other hand, Aldi is also most common brand that establish the business ad open approximately
10,000 store in 20 different countries. This firm always launch the effective quality of product
and service in marketplace at every years.
