influence the attitudes as well as behaviour of people of UK as related with issues of health and
social care. These two factors are used to spread information in all over the country. attitude and
behaviour of people has been change as major changes as occurred in mass media or social
media. This is helpful technique to resolve related issues. In order to maintain performance of
firm, members of NHS are responsible to follow rules and regulation which are imposed on them
as per the policies of company. Furthermore, organization have to select these two factors for
aware people about health issues. Conferencing is the way through which mass media has been
used for the purpose of influencing people foe their attitudes as well as behaviour in terms of
health and safety. Social media can improve awareness among people and focused on to resolve
conflicts. Whereas, Cook states that (2017), companies have to use these factors in effective
manner in order to attain target within stipulated time period and positively contribute in
continuous growth and development of firm. This is the another way which can used to enhance
knowledge of people who are working in organization. These include educating people on the
dangers of smoking, taking drugs etc. It can be done with the help of health education campaigns
as well as programmes via social media. This factor can be opted in making public

firm are responsible to fulfil rules, regulation and policies which are imposed on them as per the
provision of law. Government of UK conduct different seminars for the purpose of aware people

well. In such seminar every person having ability to raise question and clear their doubt. Through
which their level of confidence has been increased which can boot up their work quality and
performance. Valid must be present in such function which is helpful for people and able to

Contemporary issues may replace with the help of modern thoughts. Large number of health
related issues are standard of best quality services among hospitals like NHS specially for senior
citizen and special group of people. Various consequences are as aligned below-
Low education level- This is one of most major consequence of contemporary issues. At
present time large number of people are low or not educated and having no knowledge about
health and social care related issues. In happens due to increasing rate of inequality among
members. This factor having impact on the decreasing rate of growth and development of entire
country. Every person of NHS is responsible to follow rules, regulation and policies which are
imposed on them as per the provision of law. This is the biggest reason for contemporary issues.
Lack of concentration- Every person in country is busy in their own work. So that, they
having lots of things to do. Through which they are not able to concentrate on this matter which
is helpful for them to maintain their health and resolve related issues as well. This can reduce the
performance of entire country. This can be due to lack of education.
Dynamic change in policies- Various changes occurred in policies and procedure by
legal authorities. Through this situation of country is not stable which mat directly influence on
attitude and behaviour of people (Best, 2017). Some changes are helpful for country and some
increase pressure in the mind of all people who are the part of UK. Members have to concentrate
on the current situation of company and maintain them in proper manner in order to attain target
within stipulated time period.
