affecting factors the hospitality industries. These all departments are liable to give best services
so that customers feel; satisfied and happy. '
Digital technologies are the most important and trendy business strategy which
affects business positively. Digital technologies are very helpful to analyse the potential
customers needs and wants. It also helps to identify the company image in the market. Like SEO,
SME, PPC. These are some tools of Digital technologies which gives maximum profit. Like
(SEO) search engine optimization this tool will give the data about the visitors who checking the
company sites in per day. These are the terms which helps company to grow in competitive
market.

Hospitality sector is one of the famous sector in the industries. This sector provides
various leisure, accommodation and food beverages facilities. It includes many types of other
business like bars, hotels, restaurants and all the other hospitality services. In 2010 the number of
visitors are reduced by 20.2% as compare to 2009 in UK according to the governments of travel
and tourism(Kandampully, Zhang and Bilgihan, 2015 ). And also trips from Europe decrease by

accommodation facilities and other services. Adding to that most innovative changes are done
with the help of online services which helps customers to book rooms and all services online in
advance. This strategy of innovation attracts more customers which helps to earn more profit. On
the other side guests take all the needed information regarding hotel fairs and their services
without going anywhere. Adding to that to give more services big hotels also merge with the
other organisations to provides more new other services as well(Campopiano, et.al, 2016).
Overall new strategies helps more to expand the business growth and gives more
customer satisfaction. Hospitality sector provide different facilities to their clients as discussed
