Hospitality industry is one of the developing industry which has received millions of
visitors every year due to which it has generating large number of revenues as
well as employment opportunities. It contributes maximum support in the growth
of an economy of country due to which get maximum support by the government.

The operational issues faced by Hilton Hotel & Hotel are related with the food offering to
their customers. As it is essential to fulfill the requirement of safety and health regulation.
Adoption of such regulations increases the image of company due to which attracts lots of
customers across worldwide. When a hotel meets the minimum requirement of health and
safety then it falls under to star category. Maintaining cleanliness in the hotel rooms also
attracts most of the customers thus required to perform such role in an appropriate manner.
For example, rating hotels on the basis of their cleanliness, safety and healthy food etc.
helps in attaining good image in hospitality industry.

training and development programs to their staff so as to increase their performance
