Construction is playing in resolving the issue of house in UK. Overcrowding is the main cause
which is leading to increase in price of house and decrease in its quality of house which
construction company is making (Clarke, Gleeson and Wall, 2017). There are many ways in
which these problems could be resolved but the best one is use or application of Modern
Methods of Construction which would be using methods in making and constructing house on
cheaper rates so that all people of UK are getting their house to live in. The number of house
which is been constructed in UK would be increased with the use of modern methods of
construction thus resolving the problem of deficit of social housing in UK. Country is facing
severe problem which is related to that of overcrowding or dysfunctional of housing sector
within. All these issues are there within housing sector of UK related to increase in demand and
lower down in supply of house in country. It is important for the people to look at their current
situation and as per the overall condition government need to support all the people to solve this
