Most people (38.33%) as we can see in the above graph agree that people are attracted to work in
an organisation that has advantages not only in terms of remuneration but also other policies of
the company (Demerouti et al. 2014). Whereas,13.33 percent people disagree and are not
attracted with the policies of the organisation.
