 According to the Global Guidelines of
Business Partners, there is a strict
prohibition in utilizing child or woman
labors those who are underage. The
age specification is also mentioned in
the Global Guidelines, which is
prohibition of workers aged 14 or
under. The company has profoundly
instigated employee empowerment
and maintained diversity, but the
main problem that is threatening the
sustainability of the company is the
use of underage labor in developing
countries, such as it seen in one of
the subsidiaries of this company
situated in Lahore, Pakistan.

Proposal
 The company Timothy and Thomas must adhere to the Codes of

use of Child labors who 14 and below, especially children who are
supposed to go to school.
 Following Code of Conducts that are signed by suppliers and
managers of subsidiaries, that they will ensure the prohibition of
underage labors and follow all the standards of health and safety
issues related to their workers.
