administration, etc. In this report, different leadership qualities are explained which are very
important in working place and in the teamwork to achieve the goals and to attain success.

Optimistic
During the lectures and notes, I have learned that being optimistic is better as I get
confidence about the future that I can do this course very well. Optimistic involves different
types of thinking such as the positive and the negative thinking. In positive thinking, I have
learned a lot and earned a lot of confidence. Positive thinking helps in improving health and
releases stress. With positive thinking, only I have overcome many negative thoughts. Positive
thinking helps me in recognizing that I can do this and enhances my focus on the job properly.
Positive thinking helps in reducing the chances of accidents, which makes my job work more
attractive (Stander, et al., 2015).
I have learned that optimistic persist in despite struggles and they have positive self-
esteem. They have a sense of control over many circumstances. I have also analyzed that there
were many strategies through which positive thinking can be developed such as by practicing
gratitude, cultivating optimism, and avoiding overthinking. I can develop positive thinking by
expressing appreciation for life and avoiding the causes and consequences of the feelings,
problems and the character.
Work Ethic
Ethics are the rules and values, which focuses on the diligence and the hard work in the
working place. I have learned that ethics are very important in the workplace as it helps in
motivating me and prosperous the good future. Ethics also gives a good sense of responsibility.
In the lectures, Max Weber teaches books, which are the German sociologist, politician, and
economist. In that book, the Protestant Ethic has explained in which Weber believes that hard
work in the workplace is very essential as it leads to success (Burton and Peachey, 2014).
At the workplace, I have built many skills and I acquire many knowledge and skills to
strengthen competitiveness. Different people have a different opinion in the workplace so it was
difficult to make a preference. Therefore, in the group activity, everyone takes part in taking the
decisions. I have also learned that to work on time is not important but to earn respect in the
workplace is on the prior list.

2014). By emotional intelligence, I have analyzed my strengths and weakness, which are helpful
in performing the job. It also helps in developing the self-confidence as I have a lack of
confidence and the power to influence others so this leadership quality helps in developing the
self-confidence and self-satisfaction.

helps the leader to recover quickly from the difficulties. It is one of the qualities which the leader
should have about to cope with the difficulties and barriers in the job. I have learned that
everyone is going through some problems and the troubles but the real skill is to climb out the

goal and on the loss, trust impulse, taking myself seriously, etc. After making the decision, I
decided not to make any expectations and accept the responsibility for taking the decisions. I
decided to remain flexible when the paths are changed instead of being the cling. I have learned
that as a good leader to take responsibility is better rather than blaming others. If I will take the
responsibility I will not blame other people (Fu, et al., 2015). I have learned to push my comfort
zone more and take responsibility.

you different from others. Creativity means unique and useful ideas whereas the innovation
means to the creation of the new ideas and their implementation. In any organization creativity
and innovation is very important as it helps in achieving the success in the complex system. It is

I have also analyzed that critical thinking is also required as the good leader as it helps in
examining the beliefs, assumptions, and opinions against the facts. A critical thinker is a person
who listens to another person carefully. Therefore, I have the quality of the critical thinker, as I
am a good listener. The judgments have been passed after the facts are gathered and the feedback
is given for the improvement. I always reject the information, which is irrelevant. As I have the
quality of critical thinking, so I always look for new and better ways.
Critical thinking means the divergent thinking in which high level of thinking is involved.
I always analysis, evaluates, synthesis, assess the thinks and then make any decision (Liden, et
al., 2014). In the lectures I have also learned about the Blooms Taxonomy creates; the new origin
work, evaluate the decisions, analyses the connections among the ideas, apply the information,
understand the concepts, remember the facts. It is the hierarchy, which progresses from the
simple to complex.

It is the ability of the human to adopt the cognitive processes so that the unexpected
conditions and the faces can be adopted. It is the kind of mental ability in which the person
thinks about the multiple concepts at the same time. It is important to adopt the changes in life as
it helps in learning the new thins.
I have also evaluated the mindfulness, which emerges through paying the attention on the
purpose. By paying the attention, I do not judge the things. I believe in living the present so the
mindfulness helps in that also enjoy the present moment rather than worrying about the past. I
always let go of the judgments as it feels like the bliss (Weller, et al., 2014). I am also a very
open heart, which brings kindness, warmth, compassion, and friendliness in me. Therefore,
mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment rather than thinking about the past or the

the right time and motivated other team members to stay positive in very situation.
