issues which is faced by people at the
workplace. The article examines, current
global issue that is faced by people like,
diversity in the business environment.

Diversity in business environment is about
gender, race, religion, ethnicity. It is
important to give equal treatment to all
employees in an organisation. There should
be no discrimination among employees on
the basis of race, gender, colour, caste,
religion etc. At the workplace all employees
should have equal rights and opportunities.
It is essential to maintain equality in the
organisation and employees should work
together to achieve goals and objectives of
company (Martinez-Jimenez and et.al.,
2020). Managers should apply laws and
make rules that there must be no
discrimination among employees on the
basis of race, religion, gender, etc.

process. Members are recruited from
