higher benefits from the market place. In different ways organization can meet the requirements
of stakeholder to make them loyal to organization and meet their needs. This report is providing
brief of processes that can be used by the business organization to meet the requirements of the
stakeholder in upcoming five years. All the process that can be used by the organization will be
explained in the report.
There are different future requirement of the stakeholders related to the organization
process in future. These stakeholders could be customers, investors, employees or senior level
managers. There are different processes can be used by the organization to meet the requirements
of the stakeholders in upcoming five years (Nartey, Henisz and Dorobantu, 2018). Some of the
common processes that can be used by the organization are- Identification of stakeholder needs
can help the organization to full fill the needs of the stakeholder in the market place. The needs
of stakeholders can be analysed by research process where different processes can be used by the
organization to analyse the possible future needs of organization. The needs of the stakeholders
also full filed by develop better quality standards in the organization standards in order to meet
future demands of the stakeholders. Transparency of the organization operation can be improve
to develop better relationship with stake holders and keep them aware of the future plans of the
organization to meet their requirements. Organization can use feedback process to get review
from the stakeholders to meet their requirements. Some technological development also can be
made by the organization to track the activities of the stakeholders get information about their
behaviour in order to implement certain practices in organization that can meet their

are 79 million extra grocery shopping trips with in the four weeks. It has driven a hike in sales
with 20.5 jump. There are various measures are considered by the supermarkets to provide
services to the people related to the daily shopping. These services are provided to the maintain
