based system. Tesco has also implemented many changes in the line of the strategic purposes of
the organization (López‐Duarte, Vidal‐Suárez and González‐Díaz 2016).
Tesco has its processes in different countries including the United Kingdom and the
employees in the company belong to various cultural backgrounds or locations. Employee
integration is considered to be quite common for the working environment of an organization
like Tesco. Knowledge levels of organization are also increased with the help of opinions and
