Law and the Individual
Law makes for order. Absence of law for disorder. Man in his individual life as well as in
his social life, needs order. Therefore, man needs law. There are two types of order that is
internal and external. Internal order is when the individual is not disabled. He or she conducts all
the activities with his or her perfection and he or she knows what decision are taken. External
order includes different laws which are related to individual such as law for self-fulfilment, law
of social man, Just and unjust laws etc. when it comes to the law for self-fulfilment, it states that
trust is the law of minds and when it comes to law of will, then it is goodness (Dau-Schmidt and
Covington, 2016). And if the individual gives the statement that I am free to think what I want
then he or she is breaching the law of mind. In simple words law and individual can be said that
every individual need to learn from its own experience. Experience can be real life or specific.
Law always interferes in the life of individual. There are different law which are made for the
individual, he or she need to implement it so that they can different experience (Chen and Law,
2016).
