INTRODUCTION
Contemporary theme refers to a particular thing related with the specific subject matter
which is existing in the present time. It can be an idea, topic or an opinion that is relevant in
existing environment. There are various examples of contemporary issues there are occurring in
current time such as inequality, artificial intelligence, climate change etc (Grayson, D. and
Hodges, 2017). The Report will outline the ways in which artificial intelligence impact the
future, global the main purpose of conducting business, the laws related with assisted dying,
abortion etc.
TASK
Global Identity.
Global citizenship refers to the opinion that all the people that are living in the world are
having responsibilities and rights to become a social unit of the world rather than the citizen of a
particular country or a nation. It does not mean that people should ignore their nationality.
Global citizenship should co-exist in right balance with nationality of the citizen.
Global citizen means the person who identify themselves as a part of community of the
world. They value the way in which whole world work and give importance to the diversity.
These people think in creative way, they make the difference either through international travel
or social activism etc (Dower, N. and Williams, 2016.). .
I agree with the concept of global citizenship because it provides benefits not only for the
individuals but for the humanity of whole world. When many citizens travel the whole world, it
promotes tourism and it helps to improve the living standard of poor communities, create job
opportunities, providing solution for social problems etc. It also helps to reduce the level of
inequality and contribute to the development of national economy. Global citizenship means that,
the farmers that are working in developing countries will not be exploited by lower payment for
their products. Global citizen helps to ensure better working conditions as well as fair pay to the
farmers.
Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence is a tool that will help to combine large amount of information, to
examine the data and using the insights to improve the process of decision-making. Everyday
extraordinary changes are happening in artificial intelligence. For Example – Driverless cars,
robots etc. These technologies are providing the path for economic growth and it will help to

solve complex problems that are happening in different sectors such as healthcare,
communication, agriculture etc. There may be some negative impact of using such technologies.
Such as negative impact on employment, economy, personal privacy etc. According to some
experts, 50% of the jobs will be taken over by robots. Nobody can exactly predicts the future that
will be brought by technology but, there is possibility that artificial intelligence will help
entrepreneurs to create more jobs (Skinner, 2016).
Technology will help to solve difficult problems to promote human well-being. It will
lead to development that helps to generate benefits for society as well as for the society and also
for the economy. The possible future impacts of artificial intelligence are endless. Human should
ensure proper safeguards for ensuring that systems of artificial intelligence will be adaptable to
people without sacrificing the qualities of humanity.
The purpose of business.
The term business refers to the process of developing goods or services to sell them to
ultimate customers to maximize the profits. Entrepreneur plays an important role in starting a
new venture to satisfy the demands of buyers. The purpose of conducting the business can be
divided into two categories that is economic and social objective. Economic purpose refers to the
activities of the business that are performed with the objective of earning profit. According to
Dayton Hudson, profit making is not a single purpose of business but it also includes conducting
the business for serving the community. Major social objective of the business is to offer goods
and services of good quality. To create employment opportunities for the society, providing fair
remuneration to the employees etc (Grayson, D. and Hodges, 2017).
Social enterprise are those firms that are established mainly with the purpose of providing
solution for problems related with society or environment. They are different from traditional
business and performs the activities for the benefit for whole community. These enterprises make
efforts to reach people of backward areas by offering them training and development
opportunities. Example of the services offered by social enterprises are to support in the
education of students of public schools etc (Goren, H. and Yemini, 2017).
Corporate Social Responsibility helps the business to achieve its aims and objectives. Such as it
promotes brand image of the firm, increase in base of loyal customers, reduction in wastage of
resources etc.
The value of life.

It refers to the cost of life or the importance of avoiding a fatality. It can be described as the cost
incurred for preventing death in different types of situations.
Abortion refers to the act of ending the pregnancy of female and it is covered under
Abortion Act, 1967. In Scotland, England and Wales Abortion is considered as legal in certain
circumstances. Such as when pregnancy of pregnant women involved mental or physical risk,
when continuation of pregnancy can cause risk to the life of pregnant women.
Death penalty is also known as Capital punishment. It is a practise sanctioned by the
Government under which individual is killed by the authority because of commitment of the
crime. Murder Act 1965 has abolished the Act of Death penalty in Great Britain.
Assisted dying means the person who is suffering from incurable condition is supported
by the doctor to take their own life. In UK, assisted dying is covered under The Suicide Act,
1961. Under this it is illegal to influence someone to suicide in England and Wales (Dower, N.
and Williams, 2016.).
CONCLUSION
The Report has outlined that global citizenship helps to improve the standard of living of
poor people, create job opportunities, providing solution for social problems etc. The future of
Artificial Intelligence cannot be predicted. The objective of business is also for serving the
community. Major social objective of the firm is to offer goods and services of good quality.
Abortion is legal in UK in some cases like when pregnancy of women involved mental or
physical risk.
