INTRODUCTION
With rise in technology and innovation, various changes took place in environment. It is
very important for corporation to move with those changes. In order to operate business in
competitive market, there are various issues which can be faced by company. The given report is
based on reflection on basis of contemporary issues of group report. This group report is written
on basis of issues finding from tourism sector. Thus, it is very important to analyse issues and
find solution in order to survive and growth in competitive market.
MAIN BODY
This report is based on contemporary issues of tourism sector. After reading research
work, I have analysed that there are various changes which took place in tourism sector which
creates various issues for survival and growth of business. In order to run business every firm has
go through such stage of issues and problems. Before technology and innovation took place,
people were facing various problems for travelling. As consumers were focused on making tour
plan for two or three days which does not provide benefits to organisations. With rise in
technology and innovation, people's mind has been changed from short tour plan to long trip. In
order to change mind The report has used social cognitive theory for reading human behaviours.
As people's mind is changed with dynamic environment so they should be change accordingly. I
also analysed that due to rapid technological and innovation, this theory is best suitable for
organisation. This can help to divert consumer and their behaviour easily. If people get all
required benefits and facilities then they can easily avail tour plan. This theory can help me to
understand rational of person attitudes which is change due to environment. After reading report,
I analysed that there is dynamic and drastic changes in tourism sector due to technology and
innovation. The large organisation can easily accept changes but it is very difficult for small
business to adopt instant changes which leads to failure of company. Thus, if organisation can
easily change human behaviour then they can survive in market and attain growth and
sustainability.
The next issues which I analysed after reading report is related with competition. With
change in mind of consumer and human behaviour, organisation need to move accordingly. As
there is innovation and adoption of technology in business for surviving in market. There are
many large organisation which deals in providing travel and tourism facilities to people in

corporation. The respective theory focus on rules and resources which are properties of social
system. It provide guideline to change existing structure with rise in technology and innovation
for survival and growth. These issues need to be solved by firm for existing in market. If
business can move according to market then they can easily survive and sustain. This issue is
faced by each and every organisation who are running their business in market. The organisation
who can adopt changes and fulfils need and demand of consumers can easily survive in market
otherwise they have to vanish from market.
After going through this research, I can easily analysis that there are dynamic changes
which took place in tourism sector. With rise in market, need and demand of consumer, there is
innovation and technology improvement for organisation. The behaviour of people has been
changed towards tourism sector. As there is change in tour plans by consumers and prefer good
facilities of accommodation, WI-FI, transportation and others. Similarly, with rise in competition
among each other, it is difficult for business to survive. If organisation does not adopt it then it
cannot earn maximum gain and profits from business.
From this report, I learned many things regarding survival and growth of business. This is
based on contemporary or current issues which are creating problems for tourism sector to run
their business and growth. When I was reading this research work, I faced difficulties at
beginning but later on I understood it properly and effectively. This is the first time where I have
prepared such report from given assigned assignment. I found issues in tourism sector which are
faced by organisation. In order to solve such issues it is very important for business to analyse
market first and requirement of consumers and accordingly make changes. If business cannot
know about their competitors then they cannot exist in such competitive and dynamic market.
