operator in UK with over 50000 staff members. They have to develop various strategies which
will able in dealing with change and issues. Trail-finders are a tour operators that runs its
business operations in United Kingdom and have approximately 32 centres. Firm has to find out
impact of trends and issues that are driver for modification. Along with this firm has to identify
consequences of business failing to respond alterations of marketplace.
