The long term goal of Contiki is to achieve carbon
neutrality by 2030 or sooner.
The another long term goals of the company is to
increase the use of organic and local food products
by the supply chain by 2025. this can be done
through creating a baseline in 2021 of suppliers
which is providing organic and the local meals.
Another major goal of the company is to enhance
their cares so that they can increase there TTC path
by 50 percent to make their experience best.
To eliminate the single use of plastic from the
offices and the trips which is around worldwide.
The another shorts term goal of a company is to
ensure all the wildlife experiences which is adhere
to the animal welfare policy by 2021.
Future operations
Price : The price that the company charges for their
service is comparatively low as compare to the other
competitors. Contiki is one of those travel company
which focuses on their pricing strategy so that they can
attract more middle class traveler and gain market
opportunity.
Product : There are various goods and service they
offer, but one of the best product they provide is
networked memory constraints system. This system
works in low power internet with wireless connectivity.
Place : The company is operating in various parts of the
world. They has there presence in more than 75 nations
and are planning for more than 350 different types of
tours. In there tour they provide nights in each and every
destination.
Promotions : Advertising about their company is done
on various social media sites so that they can generate

along the way. Major focus of organisation is to reduce plastic wastage in the
office and trips and providing material o papers. This is done with the motive
of creating more sustainable surrounding and grow in future. This is resulting
in achieving their goals and objectives.

they are people and young and life is adventure. Some of the other core

Contiki is the tourism company which is operating from certain year. It is
having the vision of bringing together of all the travelers from all over the
world and providing them better facilities and full happy experienced. They
are doing certain operations which is helping them in generating more profits
and achieving their vision and mission. They are conducting certain strategies
like providing efficient facilities to the travelers and providing them best
experiences. This will helps in attracting large mount of customers and
making their experience better with the other passengers. Further, they are
working towards reducing and eliminating of the plastic from their office
which is harming the environment and also they are eliminating it from the
trips to provide better experiences to the customers visiting with them. They
are using internet of things which is helping them in operating system which
specially targets small IOT devices with having limited memory. Further,
they are having such operating system which runs tiny low power micro
protocols and helps in development of the application that make effective use
of hardware. Contiki is having certain commercial and the non commercial
system like networked electrical power meters, city sound monitoring, street
lights, remote house monitoring and alarm system etc. company is working
after covid 19 pandemic is that it will be helpful in development of the
organizational goals and also company is working on the protocols which are
made by the local government in order to prevent them from disease. There
are certain other values which is being used in the organization to support the
local community, reducing waste and making travel better, animal welfare,
accommodation. This will helpful in developing more options and developing
their opportunities and resulting in gaining company vision.
