INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is considered as the type of electronic equipment which are helpful for
organisation to execute their operational activities in effective manner. Cloud technology is a
part of digital technology, which is mainly used by organisation to store their documents and
other important information within less period of time (Avram, 2014). The present project is
based on Continental Consultancy Limited, situated in England. This company is focusing on
upgrading their current working system by adopting latest updated technology. Management of
the Continental Consultancy Limited is now implementing Cloud technology at work place at
work place. The company discusses about main aim and objective of company. Further it will
going to describe about project management, work break down structure and Gantt chart. Along
with this, different methods for data collection will be elaborated by researcher. At the end,
recommendation and conclusion are specified for describing overall overview of project.

Digital technology refers to the part of advance technology which include mobile,
social media, cloud computing, smartphones etc. This technology helps small organisation in
expanding their business. It also simplifies work of employees while performing their activities.
Cloud Technology refers as a pool of shared data where different computer systems are
connected which enables company in sharing or storing information in an appropriate manner.

Continental Consultancy Limited is consultancy firm which is availing its services from
past eight years. The top management of the company has decided to upgrade its existing

has decided to implement cloud technology in the organisation for the purpose of storing
necessity details of the firm in less period of time with more security (Berman and et. al., 2012).
For this, researcher of Continental Consultancy Limited is conducting a research in order to

check actual thoughts of the employees on the cloud technology. In this regard, research aim and

that deliverable into smaller sections until one person can be assigned to perform the tasks. It can

GANTT CHART:
