Introduction
The project management plan in the organization will play important role to implement the
project in the business so that set aim and objectives can be achieved by the organization. The
report will cover the case study of Continental Consulting Limited which will provide services to
the small business in their Re-engineering process. The main aim of the organization is to
identify the impact of the digital technology in their innovation and growth services which they
provide to the small business. The report will cover the project plan for Continental Consulting
Limited in which work breakdown structure and Gantt chart will be created. Small scale research
will also be conducted in this report by the appointed researcher in which they will prepare
questionnaire for the selected 50 respondents to get the final conclusion.

Project involves the following managerial steps such as planning, organising, monitoring and
controlling of all the activities of project. Project includes all managerial steps so its aim is to
achieve all the targeted objectives (Harrison and Lock, 2017).
Title of the project
The title of project is related to importance of digital technology in the functioning of
Continental consulting Limited which provides consultancy services to various business
organisations in innovation and growth of their business.
Statement of the project
The statement of project includes all the documents which help Continental Consultancy Limited
to explain project scope and various activities which are involved in project implementation such
cost of project, time duration to complete project and other activities. The below project is
related to the importance of digital technology in the functioning of Continental Consultancy
Limited and also how to overcome the negative aspects of digital technology (Kane et al, 2015).

Aim: The aim of this project is to highlight the impact, effectiveness and use of digital
technology in the functioning of Continental Consultancy Limited to help the various business
organisations in innovation and growth of their business.

 The main objective of this project to indicate the effectiveness, use and impact of digital

The main success criteria of this project are to enhance the use of digital technology in the

project they can include the stakeholders while planning this project so that different suggestions
