this, it is monitored that advanced technology will assist in making enterprise product as well as
operations properly. Continental Consulting Limited is a research and business consultancy
company operating in the market of United Kingdom through its London headquarters. The
major operation of this organisation involves process re-engineering which is being offered to
small and medium manufacturing companies. This assignment includes the project aims and
objectives. In this, they have also analysed various tools like as Work breakdown, Gantt chart
and so on. Along with this a plan of project management is also included. Also given
recommendation and self reflection in this report.

accomplishing research project successfully. In order to maintain productivity of
employees within workplace, an firms have to take several steps like to discuss and
inform about changes in workers, organising factors, using of advanced technologies etc.
