1911 by Earl Richardson. The company is planning to launch a new large screen TV in the
market with a minimum size of 58 inches. It has also planned to include stadium screens in the

SHITSUKE- This is called self discipline where rules and regulation should be
developed to maintain self discipline within organisation and employees. The respective
organisation has to develop rules and regulations which has to be followed by each and every
working forces for equality.
