INTRODUCTION
In the present era, to become an efficient person in the organization it is important to
develop with there skills on the regular basis. This means that the individual must attain
knowledge, skills and experience to grow in the market and perform to a greater extent.
Moreover, they must attain certain employability skills to perform with the task in an efficient
manner. Employability skills are those skills which are transferable and which are required by
the people so that they perform effectively in the organization (Danaher and Rossiter, 2011). It
is those proficiencies which are very important for being and getting successful at the work
place. These are non-technical skills which are very important for employees to perform
effectively. Further, in this report the evaluation of the solutions and strategies are been
determined to overcome the lacking skills of the person. Moreover, the time management

frequently faced by the patients.
