Elevator Pitch
Today, the most visited place of ours is convenience stores for purchasing day-to-day products.
Keeping the thought in mind, ConTlet is a new convenience store that we are bringing in the
market of Adelaide in Australia. This convenience store will provide the convenience to the
customers by offering them a wide range of ready to eat as well as prepared foods, different
fountain beverages, bottled, tobacco products household stapes, and many others. The entire
needs of the customers will be catered by the ConTlet new store that makes the customer visit
the place.
The services of the store matter a lot to grab the attention of customers and to meet the objective
due to which we are going to offer 24 hours services effectively. We do consider that the size of
the store matters which is approx. 44000ft square. The rise in competition among the market of
Australia is increasing due venture is going to offer “Click and Collect” service, home delivery
and online payment services.
The variety of meal is offered by ConTlet to the clients available in Australia to meet and satisfy
the needs of customers. The product at the store will be offered at the affordable and lower prices
through which we accomplish our objective that is to lower the weekly cost of the basket. We
agree with the fact that the cost of living is high in Australia that contributes to form the unique
positioning in the market. ConTlet will offer additional advantages like incentives and discounts
on the fuel prices.
Selling the products at the affordable or low cost is the way to generate the revenue from the
people as the products and services grab the attention. Through our venture, we will be able to

provide the returns to our investors from the initial year itself by earning a profit. This profit will
get double in the third year that ensures the high return to the investors of the venture.
The revenue is the ultimate objective of the venture but with this, venture owner wants to
develop a revolutionary and innovative outlet that reduces the prices of products for their clients
and to offer the best service with high-quality products. The planning of venture required to be
strong through which the only ConTlet will be able to offer a wide range of products and
improved services in the market. The major planning of the venture is related to the suppliers of
the raw material.
The strategy that will be adopted by the venture is to enhance the capacity of buying which
means purchasing the products in bulk that can reduce the overall operating cost. The negotiation
skills of the staff will support to get the raw material at improved prices. Forming contacts with
the suppliers who offer the best quality products at affordable prices is the way to get the
products effectively.
Self-Reflection Recording
I feel that I have performed well in this subject because I was able to present the best idea that
can attain the revenue and get successful in the market of Australia. According to me, I have
utilized my maximum entrepreneur skills while performing in this subject.
After this course, I am now more likely to pursue an entrepreneur as my career because the
course helped me in gaining in-depth knowledge about the different skills and ability of the
entrepreneur. During the course, I performed different task and activities as an entrepreneur that
helped me to gain the confidence of opening the venture. During the course, I started thinking to

bring the new and creative idea that can help the customers or clients in the market. The career as
an entrepreneur can support me to bring the change in society also to bring a new and innovative
way to live a life (Drucker, 2014).
During the course, I got surprised while learning about innovation and their importance for the
entrepreneur. The activity of entrepreneurs is majorly depended on the innovation which
surprised me as I was not aware of the fact that it is one of the major factors that contributes
significantly in changing the lives of people. Along with this, I also got surprised by the fact that
entrepreneurship includes all the activities to manage the new business that remains a risk. I
discover that the entrepreneur needs to manage the risk that might affect their activities and lead
to failure of the venture. I learn that entrepreneur support to drive the change with the innovation
where the improved and new products allow the new areas to be developed. I got surprised when
I learned that entrepreneurship also involves the management of the financial activity of the
business plan.
At the beginning of the trimester, I was not aware of the role of entrepreneurship and
entrepreneurs in the market. The course helped me in gaining an understanding of the concepts
of entrepreneurship and the use of innovation in their business (Kirzner, 2015). Earlier, I was not
sure that I would select an entrepreneur as my career option but after gaining the knowledge and
understanding through this course I would like to select an entrepreneur as my career. I believe
that it is an ultimate career in capitalism as it includes putting the idea to work in a competitive
economy. I observed changes in myself that I became hard-working, smart, creative and willing
to take a risk and to work with the good people. Earlier I was not equipped with any of the
qualities of the entrepreneur but this course helped me to attain the different qualities, which
