METHODS OF CONTRACEPTION
There are several types of contraception
methods available that reduces several
communicable risks and uncertainties. For
instance women can use contraception
methods for the purpose of avoiding the risk
of pregnancy. At the same time,
contraception methods are also used which
allows people to have safe intercourse and at
the same time, it also reduces the chances of
getting communicable diseases. Thus, in

sponges aside can also be used for the

doctors. Over the last 50 years, the number
of contraception methods have increased
which also aids people to develop a healthy
life. Another example can be observed is
women pregnancy wherein contraception
methods are required. Like as women
usually take contraception pills to avoid
unwanted pregnancy. This is usually taken
for the purpose of minimizing the chances of
getting pregnant. At the same time, the
female condoms are also available which
also performs the same function. This is
usually utilized as a birth control measures
that avoid undesirable risks.

The Diaphragm
This method is also useful for women and it is placed inside the vagina. It prevents the
contact of sperm with uterus. However, this is a barrier method, still it does not protect against
STIs. Earlier, people do not use such method since only condoms were utilized. However,
during to changing time, people get to know the use of diaphragm. In the year 1885, vaginal
douches have been used after intercourse; however during that time also, they were not
considered safe.
The Cervical Cap- Femcap
The cervical cap is used with a spermicide which is required to be remained in the
vagina for at least around 6 hours after having intercourse. The use of such cap came into
practice for the purpose of reducing the issues related to bladder infection in women.
However, it is a partial protective method which do not give guarantee; but certainly it reduces
immediate risks.
