INTRODUCTION
A construction contract is mainly a legal on mutual binding agreement between two parties
which is based on conditions and policies which is recorded in documented form. The main
purpose of this contract is to set obligations for parties which helps in reducing the risk and
accomplishing goals in efficient manner in a workplace (Bakare, 2021). With the help of dispute
management system one can resolve disputes between parties efficiently and can build a positive
work environment. Present report discusses the concept and theories of contract administration
techniques and distribute management techniques along with their application.
MAIN BODY
To understand the concepts and theories of contract administration techniques and know how
these may be applied in the specific area of a modern commercial construction environment.
Contract administration is defined as the management of contract between employer or
client and the building contractor. It is essential for contract administrator to efficiently manage,
negotiate support and execute the contract process in a well-defined and effective manner. There
are various forms of techniques and tools of contract management such as contract change
control process in which proper documentation communication tracking of system and dispute
resolution procedures is included (Gunduz and Elsherbeny, 2021). It helps in managing overall
contract in efficient manner. Furthermore, it has been evaluated that a different concepts and
theories of contract management such as having efficient skills such as leadership interpersonal
team working which helps in conducting operations in modern commercial construction
environment. With the help of application of contract management theory, improving efficiency,
ensure workers safety and implementing sustainable practices and with the help of organisational
behaviour automation and process improvement technologies application in modern commercial

construction environment accomplishment of project can be done while ensuring successful
outcome.

Contact management is defined as a strategy and approach through which one can
achieve positive resolution or outcome among the parties and can solve matters in efficient
manner. There are different type of concepts and approaches of dispute management that can be
applied in modern commercial construction environment through which conflicts in workplace

There are different type of learning Strategies and techniques such as implementation of

modern learning techniques positive workplace environment can be created. It has been
identified that these learning strategies help in creating an environment which is unique and offer
help or support to individual in order to develop their expertise (Maiti and Choi, 2021). In
addition to this it has been underlined that this strategy also helps in prioritising the task and
mitigating the risk which significantly helps one to understand the process of learning. These
strategies also help in identifying the weakness area through which one can further work on in
order to accomplish task in efficient manner.

As per the above-mentioned report it has been concluded that in order to ensure success in
modern commercial construction environment it is needed to apply concepts and theories of
contract administration management and dispute management. These concept and techniques
will effectively help in accomplishing goals.
