Contract law is a expressed as the legal binding agreement which gives the right and
power to any of the party who has been entered into the contract. This respective topic will have
general discussion about mistake and undue influence.

It is one of the topic which has helped me in number of ways as it gives me the overview
about mistake and undue influence.
How do these relate to the workplace or your educational experience?
Talking about my educational experience, it can be explained that mistake and undue
influence will help me to solve my most of the case studies which are related with contract law.
Difference between both the topic is quite similar so, understanding it in detail was very crucial
for me.
How can they aid your personal and professional development?
In case of personal situation, I will be able to determine easily that where can be the
higher chances of occurrence of mistake which I usually suffer. In context of professional
development, I will be able to deal with maximum number of cases where unlawful activity has
been performed related to undue influences and mistakes.

There are several examples which can be taken in the case of mistake and undue
influence. For example: If any of the person from my family is going for shopping, I can easily
guide them about the tough situation where shopkeeper can check them with the concept of

This will certainly uplift my career in the field of legal consultancy because there are

What did you not know before which you now do know?
It was the topic where detail knowledge is required to understand the concept. Talking
about past experience, I can easily express that I didn't had any knowledge about the concept of
mistake and undue influences in legal term but in present scenario I have decent knowledge
about it (Austen-Baker, 2017). Mistake is the situation where people perform any of the wrong
activity without having any of the knowledge. But, in case of undue influences, people uses the
power in wrongful manner.
How might this impact your life?
The overall study about the topic has a positive impact upon me as it has allowed me to
understand about the topic in detail (Goldberger, 2018). In addition, it can be said that in any of
the circumstances I can select who is trying to have a undue influences on me so that I can tackle
the situation in easiest way.
