Contract of Employment
Dear Bakke,
This letter invites you to become an employee of Capkon Investments Pty Ltd. We are very
pleased to offer you the position of a Part-time Accountant (Part Time- 21 Hours weekly) with
Capkon Investments Pty Ltd that will come into effect from 3rd April 2017. We hope you will
enjoy your position and make a valuable contribution to the success and growth of the company.
The payment conditions, in relation to employment, are given below:
Payments
Payment will be based on pro-rata of the full-time basic salary (…. + 9.50% super annually). It
will be paid on a monthly basis.
You will get your monthly salary through your bank account what you have provided after
deducting PAYG withholding tax.
Furthermore, from the above stated payment, the following deduction will also be considered
while making payment of your monthly salary:
 PAYG (Pay As You Go) withholding Tax

Accountability
You will be held accountable to report directly to Kiran Thapa
Working Hours
The official standard working hours of Capkon Investments Pty Ltd which will be expected to
abide by you is as follows -
Monday to Friday
Time duration: from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM
A lunch break for 30 minutes for each working day will be provided to you.
Confidential Information
During your employment with Capkon Investments Pty Ltd or at any point of time thereafter you
will be responsible for holding the confidential information about the company. You must not
disclose any of the confidential information about the organisation to any unauthorised person.
You are not even allowed to share any kind of confidential information as well as information
related to the clients and staff of Capkon Investments Pty Ltd for any your personal purpose,
except where it is required to do by you by law.
Professional Independence
During your employment in this company, you need to ensure that you maintain the Professional
Independence as well as the highest standard of moral and ethical conduct within this company,
its clients and all other related parties you need to deal with in respect to your position at this
company. If you face some issue or in any doubt while performing your job obligations and

responsibilities you could definitely speak to Mr. Kiran Thapa to resolve your doubts and other
queries.
After resigning from Capkon Investments Pty Ltd, any business related third-party or client
whom you deal during tour job tenure with the company (Capkon Investments Pty Ltd) cannot
be solicited or taken or used for two years minimum following your date of resignation. In any
circumstances, if you breach the terms and conditions of Capkon Investments Pty Ltd then you
need to compensate for the company according to the company policies.
Please, also note that after resigning from Capkon Investments Pty Ltd, any kind of support letter
will not be issued by the company in relation to the BAS Agent and any other tax Agent
application. We cannot confirm your work experience in relation to our organisation in this
regard.
Please sign the original copy of this letter to signify the acceptance of this appointment as well as
employment conditions by you and return the same to me. You please take a copy of the original
letter as your own record.
