I chose to work on the importance of fostering creativity and
innovation in an organization for the following reasons –
Without creativity it becomes difficult for an organization to
respond to crisis
Without creativity there is no possibility of differentiation
Without encouraging innovation and creativity, motivating
employees to do their job well becomes difficult to do
The lack of innovation and creativity leads to the stagnation of
ideas (Bucker, 2013)

products or services that are being churned out will lack the
competitive edge that is needed in order to do well in the market.
