by him for his daughter-in law is kept in the locker of cupboard which is in that house only. Then
to his another son Gordon he is giving his white sports car that is in the garage and to his wife he
is giving a flat in 3rd cross lane. All this property given to Gordon is under the same clause. Then

to his daughter Sera he has given his farmhouse and a “clause has been added that she is required
to take care of his dog Bruno till he dies naturally”
Then money which he has kept in his bank account has to be immediately transferred to his
wife’s account. Both his son and daughter can take the money only after signature of his wife
over the required documents. If his son has to keep all property with them then they are required
to take care of his wife. Also a common property is going to be equally divided among his sons
and daughter that is a villa which he holds under his wife Zola’s name. This villa can only be
transferred to them when my wife goes paralytic or dies a natural death (Dutt and et. al., 2016).
Further all the money in may bank accounts should be divided among my each family member
equally including my grand children. Also each of debt that I am holding towards any person has
to be paid out of these property only. Also my other belongings like my bike should be given to
my eldest son. All the other thing which I have forgot to mansion in my will should be donated
to charity or to any other social cause.
In the end of the will under residual clause it has been mentioned by him that if all the remaining
property is not given for social cause then all the property is going to go for charity. After my
death my wife is going to be taking care of my belongings except for my bike.
Also I would like to inform you that the will is required to receive your mother and all your
signature over it. So, kindly tell me that when can I come for the signature.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely
