INTRODUCTION
A term life events refers to a different experience
with with a person goes in his day to day life
which creates an negative impact on social and
personal activities. The concept of life event
comprises of certain instances such as marriage,
injury, illness, divorce, loosing or shifting of job
and several others (Fernández-Fernández and et.
al., 2020).

Analysis of Effectiveness of Service
Life events are those which are contingent in
nature and cannot be pre-determined in advance so
does not provides opportunity in order to have
some precautionary measures (Kawale and Sung,
2020). Such kind of events emerges in life of an
individual at any stage and creates a huge impact
on his personal as well as social life.

Types of Life Events
 HIV/AIDS: HIV stands for Human
Immunodeficiency Virus and AIDS stands
for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome.
HIV is a disease under which a virus attacks
individual's cells which are helpful for body
in fighting with various infections (Klaiber
and et. al., 2021).
 Divorce: Divorce refers to a separation of
married couple through following legal
process which takes place in court of law
(Ryan, Ewen and Platania-Phung, 2020).

Positively UK
There is an organisation which supports victims
of HIV and AIDS that is Positively UK. It was
founded in year 1989 by Garry Brough. The
organisation provides support, advice and related
information to all sufferings in order to manage
their diagnosis and have proper care for their
disease so tot get free form it. Positively UK is an
organisation entirely based on United Kingdom
operates at national level with an aim to
safeguard affected people in terms of their well-
being and health.

The Lily Mae Foundation
There is an organisation named The Lily Mae
foundation who is established with the
purpose of supporting families and friends of
life event victims such as the families who
lost via Neonatal death, Medial termination,
Miscarriage or Stillbirth. It was founded in
year 2012 by Ryan Jackson who is also a
managing director of it. The foundation
works with a collaboration of charity,
healthcare and medical professionals, group
of All Party Parliament.

Strengths
 A foundation is a non profit organisation that is established for
the purpose of supporting families and friends and does not
enjoys a single penny of profit for its own which develops a
trust among society, family and friends of victims which can
acquire help form them.
 It gets funds from donations, charity organisations,
parliamentary group due to which Lily Mae does not lacks
behind in financial aspect.

Weaknesses
 A foundation cannot analyse the requirement of fund that is
utilized to support families and friends because the
happening is contingent and can occur at any time in any
ratio so minimal requirement of fund is hard to determine.
 Lily Mae foundation is weak in terms of spreading
awareness about its own organisation due to which less
people are aware about them.

Efficiency of the Foundation
A Lily Mae foundation is always efficient in providing services to friends and families of
victims who suffered from life event. It always provides its support by without knowing
their gender, caste, religion and also does not charges any fees from them.

Conclusion
From the above report it is concluded that there is a presence of
several many life events that emerges in individual's life and creates
an unfavourable impact on their personal as well as social life such as
due to divorce, HIV/AIDS, separation or others.
