Introduction:
Usually, the employees used to visit the offices to get an opportunity for a job; before
there were online job search facilities. Nowadays, a person can find a perfect job in the online
job portal; if he/she gets qualified using the online portal facilities. Many job portals are used
for the job opportunities in Australia, many of them are Government sponsor and some of
them are private. Thousands of jobs are posted as a requirement for job seekers in those job
portals. Some of the job portals which have many job opportunities such as Indeed, Seek,
Australian Job search, APS jobs are posted according to the requirements.
Many job opportunities are available, which is related to accounting. Some of the jobs
are like tax accountant, corporate financial and management accountant, corporate
accountant, senior financial accountant, corporate and management accountant, senior
accountant: tax and corporate reporting etc. Most of the account graduates are finding their
particular jobs through portals, there in such portals the employers also gets help for getting
the perfect required candidates. (Dorstyn et al. 2018)
The main requirement for the corporate jobs is that, the candidate should get a proper
qualification related to accounts; it will be beneficial if they got some other skills related to
the professional filed which will help in the workplace. For example, a Tax Consultant needs
to expertise in Tax provisions; in managerial field need to have knowledge in managing the
profession. The job portals are providing some valuable job opportunities for the senior
employees, related to the subject’s depth and knowledge.
The main jobs are being pointed and posted in the job portal of Indeed and Seek for
the tax accountant and corporate accountant for the period of 22nd July, 2019 (SEEK). The job
which is published in particular fields is mainly required for the commerce graduates and in
some of the other specializations in specific subjects (Au.indeed.com 2019).
