INTRODUCTION
Corporate Accounting is a special method of accounting which deals in different
organisation for their accounting system. Corporate accounting system includes different
function of accounting such as cash follow statements, different accounts, interpretation of
organisation financial result etc.
This study includes Job advertisement, organisation which use job advertisement method,
list of job titles which are available in company etc. This study also includes skills and quality of
corporate accounting, qualification for corporate accounting, various task, responsibility and
duties which are perform under this job titles.

Job advertisement is a method which informs people about open job position. It is written
in an attractive words and it includes detail knowledge not about the open job positions but also
about the organisation and various benefits that you offer to candidates. A well design job
advertisement will help organisation to attract and targeting perfect candidates. This will
automatically save company time , money and resources. With the help of job advertisement
organisation can get higher quality candidates in their premises (Ameri and et.al., 2018). This is
also reduce the cost of hiring. This method also help management to screening the individual and
reduce hiring time.
I have collected almost 30 job advertisement from the different sources. I have collected
15 job tiles from the indeed, 7 job titles from seek and 8 collected from the Jora. This job sites
are best for searching and hiring candidates in company. This sites provides highly qualified and
potential candidates to an organisation (Indeed, 2018). This job titles are corporate accountant,
senior accountant, tax accountant, corporate and management accountant, corporate financial
accountant, accountant corporate finance, corporate financial and management accountant, senior
financial accountant, senior accountant: tax and corporate reporting etc. Job titles are beneficial
for both management and the candidates (Jora, 2017). With the help of job titles person easily

These skills will also improve their communication with other corporates. It is important for CA
to handle the problems with in the organization related to finance field. This is a key skill for this

good experience a CA can provide better strategies and planning to corporates. In my opinion
corporate accountant is the person who deals with all financial data and records (Jacoby, 2018).
This is important for them to have enough experience to handle organization data effectively. As
per the job advertisement and their analysis I have evaluated that to survive in the typical and
core problems a corporate must have knowledge and experience of corporate world.
Apart from some core skills and experience there are some attributes which can improve
the carrier of person as corporate accountant. These attributes are about personal behavioural of
person and it consists that qualities like good communication, positive behaviour, self
motivation, team working and other personal skills that can help the person to grow in the
corporate carrier. Attributes communication, high motivation and team working can improve

the analytical skill, problem solving skill and knowledge of accounting. Without these skills it is
difficult for person to become a corporate Accountant (Erickson, 2017). From this activity I have

good experience a CA can provide better strategies and planning to corporates. In my opinion
corporate accountant is the person who deals with all financial data and records (Jacoby, 2018).
This is important for them to have enough experience to handle organization data effectively. As
per the job advertisement and their analysis I have evaluated that to survive in the typical and
core problems a corporate must have knowledge and experience of corporate world.
Apart from some core skills and experience there are some attributes which can improve
the carrier of person as corporate accountant. These attributes are about personal behavioural of
person and it consists that qualities like good communication, positive behaviour, self
motivation, team working and other personal skills that can help the person to grow in the
corporate carrier. Attributes communication, high motivation and team working can improve

their core skills that are important to work efficiently in business world. This is how different
core skills, experience and personality traits can help person to become a good corporate
accountant.

From the above study, it has been concludes that a corporate accountant is the heart of an
organization and plays an essential role in various aspects of business as well as help other
personnels for the smooth operations of business. Their varied skills and capabilities helps the
