Abstract
The assessment is bases on Corporate Accounting. The assessment discusses the
need and importance of Corporate Accounting.Corporate Accounting is a branch in a
company that deals in handling the accounts of a company. Corporate Accounting also
helps in preparing the cash flow statements, profit and loss statement and many more.
In this assessment, Corporate Accounting will be discussed considering the scenario in
the assessment. The scenario covers 30 job advertisements from companies that are
hiring different accountants for doing certain activities. The 30 job advertisements will
tell about the roles and responsibilities required for the job. The advertisements will also
provide the qualification that a candidate should have while applying for the job.

Introduction
The assessment discusses the need and importance of Corporate Accounting in a
business. Corporate Accounting is the branch in a company which deals in handling the
accounts and finance of the company. Handling the accounts and finance seems an
easy job but is way more difficult in reality. The accounts and financial statements
describe the financial stability of the company.The financial statement produced by the
company is presented to the investor and shareholders of the company. The
assessment will consider 30 job advertisements which are related to the accounting in
the fields of finance, management, tax and corporate accountant. The 30 job
advertisements will tell about the need and importance of Corporate Accounting. All the
roles and responsibilities along with the academic qualification and personal attributes
will be discussed in the assignment.
