Corporate Accounting is a branch in the company where all the accounts and finances
are handled. The accountants maintain the accounts and finances to prepare cash flow
statements, profit and loss statements. The assessment also revolves around the roles,
responsibilities, skills and qualification which are maintained by the company. The
accounts and finances are important to maintain because they are reviewed by the
shareholders and investors. The assessment will conduct 30 job advertisements which
will tell about the roles and responsibilities which are needed to be a Corporate

Introduction
The assessment discusses the roles and responsibilities of Corporate Accountant.
Corporate Accounting is the branch in a firm which is there to maintain and handle the
accounts and finance of the company. In this assessment, 30 job advertisements are
taken into consideration. The advertisements are taken in order to know the roles and
responsibilities which are needed to be a Corporate Accountant. The assessment also
