efficiently inside, I would like to start with the very first step that is the intelligence building up
in overall aspects. There should be some sort of motivation and stimulation of the gut feelings
that can help in the clarification in expressing oneself.
Some strengths:

and overcome every type of fear and situations that can hinder the trust and belief we
have in ourselves. Once this area is successfully achieved with full potential, it becomes
easy to express myself in front of the whole crowd of people and this is exactly what is

and skills.
ď‚· Listening: To listen is to excel should be the criteria for effective communication skills
(Pham. 2021). In this interview session, it will be observed in me as to how the listening
aspect can benefit the overall development in people and how can it be efficiently utilized
in the strength points of someone. Even before speaking or expressing my own ideas, I
prefer to listening to others and their opinions about a particular matter. This strategy has
many benefits as it provides an idea about how to continue the conversation and also to
make the person feel appreciated.
