The corporate culture refers a system of values, beliefs and the principles. It manages the
behaviour of people in the corporations. The organisational culture is the merger of vision,
mission, daily aspects of a communication and targets (Denny, 2017). An organisation
culture can reflect from the dress of personnel, revenue of the organisation, company’s net
worth, office duration and benefits of personnel, employment decisions and relationship with
client, client’s satisfaction level and each aspect of the entity. It is a system to checks and
makes balances that require to be protected at all organisation’s level (Craven, Gray and
Stoneham, 2018). There are main six elements which help to build the corporate culture.
These six elements are the following-
1. Vision-A healthy culture needs a vision and mission statement. A Good vision
statement helps the customers, clients, dealers and other stakeholders. A vision
statement is quite easy. It is a base of strong culture on workplace.
2. Values- The value of company is a basic principle of organisational culture. The
vision provides a purpose of organisation on the other hand Value of the company
provides a guideline for the behaviours and the approaches needed to have this vision.
The companies search their values of the employees and the clients. The validity of
the value is more important than the originality of the value (Ray, 2017).
3. People- This is an important element of healthy corporate culture. The people who
have desire and ability to hold those values are necessarily required to create a
positive corporate culture at the workplace (Masson and Shariff, 2016).

How is Corporate Culture enforced in the company?
The corporate culture should enforce properly to create healthy environment in the entity.
Following are the some steps to create positive environment in the organisation-
1. Bring transparency in the organisation- It is essential to bring transparency in the
organisation to create healthy environment at workplace. Every personnel should free
to contact, to take part and ask the question to relevant authority. If any employee
feels uncomfortable to ask any question from the management or the authority then
there should be opportunity for employees to ask question privately ( Robert, 2017).
2. Powers and freedom to the employees of the organisation- The Company should
empower the employees and give them freedom so that they can take challenges,
solve the problem easily and effective manner.
3. Focus on the physical space of company- It is important to focus on the physical
space of the company to maintain healthy environment. While considering the space,
it is necessary to focus on the comfort level of the employees of the company so that
they can work effectively.

company should appoint positive candidates as an employee for the future growth of
the organisation and negative staff should never be placed in the organisation. If there
are negative employees in the organisation, then they should not be allowed in the
company.
5. Talking to customers and the employees- Interaction is very important for positive
corporate culture in the company. The employees should free to communicate to the
management relevant authorities. In return the manager is required to listen problems
and ideas of employees.
6. Give protection to staff- If employees feel not secured then positive environment
cannot be create in the organisation. The managers of the organisation should make
efforts for the protection of the employees in the company.
7. Development programmes for employee growth- The Company should make
development programmes for the employees of the company. it should give
opportunities to get promotion and bright future of employees.
As per the above analysis it is clear that the corporate culture describes and specifies the
organisation. The success of the company depends on the work culture of the
